[Q] Best daily use NAND ROM ? - HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and Genera

Hi.
I have currently been changing rom's in a quick tempo, but now I only want to find a ROM that is stable and lasting.
What I need:
Stable Data Connection
Stable Wifi Connection
Fast UI
Quick GPS fix
Does anyone now of a ROM with those qualities for a HD2 EU version ?

Hyperdroid, the newest version. The fastest and the most stable ROM I've tested so far, and there was many of them. In usage for about 6 months and everything is working great, no bugs.

Hyperdroid does all of tjat for me An many more

I'm using hyperdroid for about one week and didn't found any problems yet. Recommended. This rom should be made as sticky...

hyperdroid is, exacly, Good ROM, but not quite what you need ...
I would like a good ROM with "SENSE 3" or 3.5 stable, fast, energy-saving, with the stock RAM and internal memory ...
The challenge now is "BLUEDROID" everything would be fine, but sometimes does not connect GPS, and 11 MB of RAM free, provided that there is practically no background programs....

[Q] Fully working roms HTC EVO

So I have been using the End of days rom but it seems to have many lags such as gps, wireless tethering... Does anybody anybody know of a fully working rom that is fast, and stable??? It can be customized as well... But my main essentials are: 4G, Wireless tethering, and GPS
Try CM7.

Is CM7 a full working rom... Isn't there issues with the GPS??
If u have the GPS problem its an easy fix.

Koni's Elite 3 is fully functional. There's Nothing that doesn't work. And it's fast. It's been my daily since it was released last month
MikFroyo works flawlessly.
I have been using Deck's Rom which is a stock gingerbread/cyanogen mod which i love a few quirks but none of the main features.
if gingerbread isn't a big issue id say try out some non sense froyo roms (i use launcher pro mostly anyways) and they always seem snappy.
always the usuals like myns, fresh, and miks sense roms.
Trying out virus' sense 3.0 rom for the past few days and its worth the bugs for me...
hope it helps if anything just try one
I'm currently on Deck's 1.0. It's a 2.3.3 based rom and haven't had any problems with it thus far.
I was previously on Mikfroyo 4.62, which is an odexed 2.2 based rom that runs real smooth. It's pretty fast compared to a lot of the roms out, everything works on it and you can find many mods and themes for it to customize it.
As someone else stated, CM7's latest stable, 7.0.3.1, has also worked without any problems. Personally, I didn't have any issues with the GPS as others have stated, but there is also a quick fix for it if you do come across it.
Calkulin's Evio 2 v1.8
stable, fast as hell, battery saver, love it!!!
Didnt even read the OP lol but just posting based on the title. If you dont live in a 4G area, I highly recommend MIUI as its buttery smooth and beautiful, if 4G is a must, I recommend a version of the leaked gingerbread evo rom unless you have the brightness bug.
I would have to not recommend miui... its not 100% yet. While amazing, i would wait a couple weeks. pretty much any 2.2 rom is a good bet.
Thanks to all but the gps fix is not easy... I dont understand the msl reader thing... Also, I will look into the deck rom! But I definitely need the gps, 4g and wireless tethering work

I don't understand how the OP says he's looking for a ROM with no bugs, and there are posts that say "Rom x is great, except for a few bugs...."
Hey HipKat... Do you know of any stable, fast, smooth rom? With a working gps, wireless tether, and 4g...
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA Premium App
Myn's Warm TwoPointTwo. GPS, 4g, and the built in hotspot works. It's FroYo and the older Sense, but everything works.
Vaelpak is another good everything works rom.
(from... Evo/MIUI/Tapatalk)
Mikfroyo is also a good fully working choice.
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA Premium App
Koni's Elite Series III FTW! Absolutely no problems. I love this ROM
I've been looking but where can I get MikFroyo roms from? I saw somewhere where there is a main site...

I am using all roms from starting ,i like to use sense rom but i am using miui roms, i like sense roms but in my mobile they are working very very slow so i am using miui roms and missing htc sense so plz give me suggestions wats wrong with sense roms
Sent from my HD2 using xda premium
I have been using only Sense roms since I switched from WinM. Sense 2.0/2.1 have always been fine and there are a lot of Roms available that work great. I am currently using Dungphps Sense 3.0 Rom and I'll admit that at first it was really laggy and had a bunch of issues but it has progressively gotten much better. Currently the V2.3 Magldr Rom by Dungphp is awesome. It might be worth a check if your interested in making a change
Try this rom..
Miui with sense, ultrafast and stable..
regards
it is how it is. Sense roms = slow, miui/cm7 roms = fast. I was allways the Sense guy, till i tried miui Now, i cant imagine going back to Sense any more.

What exactly do you mean by 'slow'? I've found that froyo/sense ROMs run a lot smoother than CM7 ROMs. They seem to flow much better, for example when opening switching homescreens or opening previews, the transition is much more smooth than on typhoon, and that's from experience with MCCM's HD on SD, which should be slower. I get much more RAM on CM7 and apps etc open a LOT faster though, so I think I'll stick with it until a stable Gingerbread/sense rom is released. I'm also tempted to try MIUI, although I hate the launcher.

Sense uses a lot of memory (RAM), so for good performance a good memory manager is necessary. I use that and a start-up manager to control what programs run in the back ground.
Most programs don't need to run in the back ground, they will start-up when executed.

Same here. GB Sense, I tried all of them, never give you more then 1000 on Quadrant. CM7 or MIUI will give you 1200 or 1300.
can any one suggest a good sense rom plz
I use [10.Aug] BOYPPC-SHIFTPDA Ginger 2.3.3 HTC Sense 3.0_V5 rom for 2-3 weeks I think it is smooth but wi-fi tethering cannot use - -' and the graphic while loading not completely smooth.
Totally I think is ok now for HTc sene 3.0 rom while I waiting a new one ^^
Hi,
I would recommend this ROM

I'm happy with this for weeks now.
Good luck

I've used few Sense 3.0 ROM on my HD2 till my digitizer dies on me. I would suggest you include V6 supercharger with your rom n you should see the difference. Phone is much snappier but the graphics are still a little buggy.
Sent from my HTC Sensation Z710e using XDA App
try Dungphps, they are the best sense 3.0 roms I would just recommend using auto killer memory optimizer to Get rid of the lag and set to 70, 80, 90. I personally have it set to 90, 100, and 110. Remember there is no substitute for a real sense rom

I must say the Froyo sense are faster and save more ram but I have to have the newest try Cmlyxos bluetopia its the best Froyo sense rom for me

[Q] Fastest Nand for HTC HD2

Hey Guys.
Ive been trying alot of different roms atm. But none of them really run as smoth that i expected. And when i get a rom who runs fairly smooth, i take up all the disk space - so i cant install any apps...
So whats is the most smoth running rom, who still gives me some space to install apps?
Best Regards
Thomas
Er, you do know that you can move most apps to to the sd card.
sounds like you may have a memory hardware problem.
what memory does phone show?
Sent from my HTC Sensation using XDA App
i solved the problem
youse an sd card with Class 4. that are faster and more powerful. You can see this in the small circled number which sd card you have.
Windows Phone 7 Rom. Fast, Smooth and you can install tons of apps.
Yes windows phone 7 is fast and very smooth, if you want to use android try a cyanogenmod 7 rom or a miui rom.
the fastest android rom for me was hyperdroid gbx v12
What about the battery drain issue with WP7? Has that been resolved...
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
the battery drain depends on using but the radio rom is also important
the 2.12 radio is better than 2.15 for the battery, but you have to test it on your own
Yes the HyperDroid is the best Rom if you want Android. You must change only the lcd density to normal (240).

[Q] What is the best SD MIUI ROM for HD2

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a great ROM MIUI in SD for my HD2.
It will have a great battery life for a daily use ( WIFI and DATA enabled )
It will be powerful, fast and stable.
Do exist a ROM like this?
Sorry for my English but I'm learning it!
I have used JaguarMIUI and liked it for it's speed and stability. You could give it a try too..
