i installed this on my Nook and now i am stuck in the Nook letters and is continuous looping at that point...
Any help/idea please as to what happened exactly?

In the end i had to wipe all data... however my problem now is that the Nook key is not working.
Any idea of how can i fix this?

Hello,
Suddenly today after a restart i cannot go into my Nook. It is stuck on the Nook multicolored sign. I dont know what to do now...
The only thing i changed before this was to change permission for installing the market, after i installed manual nooted after the update to 1.3...
Any ideas what to do?

By multi color logo, do you mean the green n book logo, the initial cm7 boot name or the default blue Android guy with the spinning circle?
OK newbie question how do I boot into recovery I totally forgot because the NC used to be mine but I upgraded to Acer a500 but my wife wants miui.us or what ever rom runs the nook app at correct resolutions
Any help with a setup of rom/version. And nook app version would also be appreciated!

I did try holding power and n button but no luck it does boot into cwm on its own cuz its trying to update since she put it on the nook..

Edit this URL help for some reason I thought I just had to hold power plus n button but I was wrong I would still like some help with which rom will play nook app well
The only problem I have seen so far with the Nook app is when trying to view magazine subscriptions. For books it works fine. Not really sure at this point whether that is a CM7 or Nook app issue. I just read in another post that someone is finally running a working Nook app on the latest Phiremod but I have not seen anyone else confirm that.
I get the Cyanogen logo, with the text "loading" or "booting into recovery..."

it does not go further than that, so I can't get adb to recognize it. Help?!?
Having the exact same problem with multiU-boot v1.2 running Phiremod 7.1 & B&N 1.2 on a dual boot setup from eMMC. Any insight greatly appreciated!

Hello, I just rooted my Nook Color to CM10. I go to try and get apps from Google Play Store and it says you dont have any devices. Is there a way to change my device name and get to be supported?

Something is wrong with your setup then. Wipe everything and start over.

Well Im not tech savy. I wiped cache, Devalyk?, system and something. And rebooted now it goes to the cyano loading and goes black.:crying::crying:

After wiping, đid you reinstall the ROM?

Got it working again. So I did some research and found you have to install the netflix 1.8.1 and not the latest vesion. DL 1.8.1 and it still didnt work. But when I did the complete wipe and install I got facebook to work but not netflix.

He had cyan delta installed and one fine night,it stopped while updating and since then it has not turned on even once.
Last known config was cynogen mod nightly and touch based recovery.
When i plug in the charger,it does noy start up and just.charger pin remains lit.
What can we do to unbrick?

I thank you for your efforts and documented guide. I followed it and reflashed modded recovery at 300 mb size.i redid the recovery on my known memory card as well. Despite two cards with modded recovery,it still fails to show up any sign of life. What you suggest,thanks again.

Not really sure what you did by your description. But if you burned a card with one of my CWM images and that card failed to cause the NC to turn on or boot, that may mean the card was not burned properly. There are many things that can go wrong when burning that make the card unbootable. Look at my item A9 in my NC Tips thread linked in my signature.

You are sure it is a Nook Color rather than a Nook Tablet? A Tablet has a silver bezel.

The only way that I know is to get a CWM SD to boot. And you can't seem to get that to happen.
Did you try plugging the USB into your PC while the CWM SD is inserted?

I see many queries about a bricked Nook Color.
I posted a reply ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2341926) to one user that has worked for me.
The thread also contains some very useful advice from other users who have experienced the same problem.
