i have bought a game gripper to play psx games om my ms2, but i'm having a big problem
i can't use the "." button in fpse, it doesn't work in game :/
is this because i'm using cm7?
i have the same problem with the snes9x ex
can anyone test if work here and tell me what rom are you using?
i love the cm7, but now i'm thinking to change to ms2ginger because of this

Your key "." is located under the left of the four-group keys on the game gripper right? I think mine worked all the time. But I can double check later...but I'm on stock 2.2

Now i using swype and cm7 and it's all working

cant get this to work properly in games, tried a few ROM versions and still no joy. Before anyone jumps all over me I have tried the performance fix, did feck all.
It could be the ROM combination I am using. Can anyone list their ROM combinations who actually have it working in say, raging thunder.

it's not a ROM problem.
it's a hardware problem.
the accelerometer used on the vega is really really crap and it's only good to rotate apps orientation.
I only play on the vega games that doesn't need the sensor such as angry birds, gun bros, air attack.
there is a fix for this, now works fine for me, see modacco formum, you will need to sign up to search (sorry cannot refind the thread) - just a zip to install using CMR

Is this the fix you refer to? It says its for r6, which firmware are you running? Just wanted to check before i tried it.

I checked the video and really doesn't seem to really fix that much.
Anyway, it's for modaco-r6, I'm running on stock.v1.09+add.on.

My tablet is running 1.09 + fuji ROM, works a treat for me.

I have also found the accelerometer issues to be annoying. i have just started running the CM7 HC tweaks from Mad Murdoch, (Nightly ROm on 5/5/11) and so far the accelerometer is working perfectly.
I will update later with a list of accelerometer games known to work once I get home and download some more.

All working fine with cm7 ttrc2, but ROM is generally too laggy to use daily.

This was very much a software issue, not hardware.
At the moment if you want to experience a proper working accelerometer on the vega flash mad_murdoch's cm7.
We are working on porting it to stock roms.
So ive installed the rom 2.3.3 CM-RC4 HACKDROID Legend
and now i cant play NFS SHIFT and HAWX
i get to the screen where u have to press on the screen to start and then i get black screen and it closes without any errors.
is there any solution for that ? like downloading a program to the phone ?
I too get the same problem while launching nfs shift but I havent rooted yet pls help

yes. I can't play NFS Shift in 2.3.3 CM-RC4 HACKDROID. but works in 2.2.1 MiniCM i think 2.3.3 CM-RC4 HACKDROID has some bugs in 3d. or 3d is not supported.

Been playing catch-up on Team Eos' AMAZING work with ICS and have installed their ICS 1.0.0 ROM and kernel but was curious if anyone has had issues with the Motorola BT Keyboard. Certain hotkeys, ie Messaging hotkey or Gmail hotkey, at the top pf my keyboard don't respond currently.
On my previous ROM and kernel (Tiamat Moray) most everything on the keyboard worked fine. New to the game, so not sure if this is something that will be resolved in future versions of the ROM/kernel or if this is something to do with the keyboard and ICS generally? Maybe I need to somehow install a keyboard layout of some kind to fix it?

I got the moto keyboard but haven't tried it yet on ics. Ill check it out.

I have noticed the same. Almost everything on the keyboard works fine except for several of the shortcut keys at the top of the keyboard.
Agreed most of my hotkeys work. Gmail doesn't which would be nice to see fixed.

I use the CM10 Rom of Quarx.
Since CM10 (Epsylon and Quarx) my keyboard feel laggy and has slow reaction.
Fast typing exclude some letters.
Did somebody else have this problem? I installed a gingerbread keyboard from the store. This was very nice but veeeery small buttons.

Yes, with CM9 there is no lag. Installed CM10 and the input lags or even have to press twice to get recognized.
People seem to like SwiftKey a lot.
But I'm using the stock one without any problems... Tried clearing Keyboard cache/data? And have you done a data wipe when you switched from CM9 to CM10?
Disable the HWA on keyboard.
I've got a problem with CM10:
After flashing it every thing is OK...besides g-sensor. NFS (and other games using g-sensor) see the tablet only in vertical position! It happens only in games (menu etc. is OK horizontally). I've found a fix for that but it was for 2.2 and it did not work. I've tried reflashing it, changing auto-rote etc but it also did not work. Please help me.
Can U also tell me if CM9 is better than CM10? I was using it at the beginning but it seemed to be not as good as CM10... Maybe I was wrong and it's good to go back to CM9?
