i would like to know this as well, i need to change it to work with a clear ispot that only works with apple mac addresses. I know there is an ispot hack but for some reason on my ispot it does not work. So my next best option is to spoof an apple mac address.
Because I need internet connection ať my work And switch + DHCP server has Mac address filter here...

Is there a way to change the mac address of the wifi network interface of the titan?
I would like to be able to do that so I can use my titan's browser to authenticate to web portals, and then use my wifi voip phone (with the same mac address) to make calls.
Do you mean MAC address or IP address?
The MAC is a hardcoded address of the form xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx, using hex. MAC addresses cannot be changed as each interface has a unique number. The MAC address can be spoofed to match another interface, this is usually an available feature on routers to spoof to the ISP that you are not sharing a connection on your home network.
The IP address can be changed and is of the form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx using only numbers. The WIFI interface on the titan will be set up for DHCP, ie it requests an address from the wireless source it is connected to. This can be changed to give the IP address required if DHCP is not availabe on the network selected.
I am talking about changing/spoofing the mac address if the network wifi card.
There are a bunch of utilities out there that are able to do so on the fly for windows XP, maybe someone has one for windows mobile?
Or a registry key location that does that?

In android you can dial *#*#4636#*#* and select wifi information then wifi status to get your mac address, but I don't know if this is the ' true' or what you modified since I've never played with my mac address.

What exactly do you want to do? I believe what you're looking for is a DNS Server.

I think it is impossible because we cannot control IP addresses alocation.
Try to use something like DynDNS or no-ip instead.
The internet works because you are prevented from doing that. Your carrier owns its ip block and assigns an address to you.

It's a little bit tough to answer you directly without more info as to what you are trying to achieve.
If you are talking about assigning a static IP address to your phone, on the mobile networks this is not possible AFAIK.
If you are talking about assigning a static IP address to your home WAN, you can talk to your ISP about doing this (they usually charge for it).
Another alternative as someone mentioned is to use a Dynamic IP DNS service, such as No-IP.com

Impossible, as far as I know, you can just ask for IP reassignment which wil give you a new IP adress. Not of your choice however.
As someone said above, you're probably looking for DNS. You can't really change your IP address, but you can alter the last two digits of your IPv4/6. Is this what you're referring to?
You can assign any ip addresses only in private network.
If you have local net, you can assign ip addresses by:
Manually
DNS server zone
DHCP
In the internet you can't assign ip addresses.

I'm in the UK and i recently set up a US VPN gateway so that i can stream from various US streaming services. I did this so that I'm only using 1 connection to my VPN service. In order to connect i need to set my Shield to use a static IP address and a different gateway from the default one. This works well but i also need to be able to switch back to my normal gateway for services like iplayer to work. Unfortunately static Ip details aren't kept if I switch between DHCP and static. As my Mrs and kids will also be using this i need to find a way to simplify the process so I was wondering if there's an app that can toggle between DHCP and pre-configured Static IP settings?

I was going to suggest setting a static IP via your router but if you need custom DNS and gateway too that won't work. Hopefully someone has an app that can help.
