Verizon Wireless just dropped the price on their refurbished Samsung Galaxy Tab 7" devices. With a two year contract you can get it for $129 dollars. It's 3G service with a 2GB limit per month for $30 dollars. I think they only slow the speeds after that, so you can go over without getting gouged. They are giving free activation and free overnight shipping. Without a doubt, it's the best deal out there for this device. This might be a refurb but it looks like it is brand new. It runs perfectly too. So if you are interested in picking one up and don't mind getting into a contract, then this is the deal you've been waiting for.

I am about to root this bad boy and go to town! I have a Motorola Xoom too and I love it, but this smaller form factor is much easier to hold while lazily surfing the web in bed and on the couch. I'm lovin' it!

I got mine a couple months ago for 19.99. It was some kind of add a line promo. It's a referb but looks new. It's a pretty nice little machine.

today only at best buy
fascinates are free w/ 2yr contract
of course you need to be eligable for an upgrade
not free but close enough. they charge a $35 "activation fee". i have 9 days till i can upgrade. hope this isnt a one time deal.
Doesnt look like i will get the chance to get one for free. This "sale" will run every friday in Oct and will feature a different fhone each week. Oh well, guess i will just have to pay $99 each for the 2 i will need in a few days.
I hope im allowed to do this.
After getting deal switched around on verizon and losing a great deal on my fascinate i decided to research before buying. I saw that wirefly has a great deal on the fascinate at just 9.99 with 2 year contract. and free standard shipping. I personally have never ordered but have multiple friends who love their service.
Not sure how long that deal lasts either!
i'd stay weary of wirefly.. many bad experiences by various people I know irl and through forums
Amazon has had it for a penny for a while.

with a "new" line only. upgrade was $99 for an individual plan and $149 for a family plan.
Yeah, that got me my Fascinate yesterday! It was a great deal.
Yep, got mine yesterday, but I didn't have to pay a single cent.

Ok I just bought my Xoom (Wifi Only) yesterday and already there is a price drop from $599.99 to $589.99.......
Not complaining cause I love my Xoom. I was up using it for 7 hours straight until my wife game me a dirty look....... (was about 1:00 am. then)
For all of us who bought the Xoom at BestBuy I would suggest taking your receipts back and having them refund you the difference (including tax). Since they do have a 30 day price match guarantee.

My experience with the Motorola store was anything but hassle free. It took repeated phone calls and a total time period of 6 weeks before I received a credit for returned merchandise. Although everyone I spoke with in my frequent phone calls was pleasant, there appeared to be zero follow through. In my opinion, they are an example of a terrible business model. There are several posts on another forum that would confirm this.
That xoom is a refurbished unit....
i google and found the price of Xoom is $799, but the wifi xoom only $600.
$569 at Walmart.com. I was able to price match with Military Exchange to get that price tax free w/free shipping.
32GB Transformer w/ NY tax & shipping that I was going to get is almost the same price.
Dumped the acer and bought a xoom again after returning it when it first came out as wifi. It is much better now with the update but as far as price goes, I picked up an open box one at best buy for 539.00 It still had the original clear plastic on the tablet. basically it was new. Anyway, running on 3.1 now and happier than a pig in s**t
Woopie!!! need to replace my laptop

I just called retentions as my cell contract, which I may get rid of, is coming up with rogers and they offered me a retentions plan for a tablet.
They are offering me a BNIB Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G for free on a 2 year contract on their flex plan, $25/month for 500MB, which admittadly isn't that much data, but yea I have unlimited with my WIND phone anyways.
But still, pretty good deal
Just thought I'd let me fellow Canadians know in case anyone was in the market for a tablet!
hm not too sure deal is so great, you pay $600 over 2 years. you can buy a tab straight for about half that $300-350 then buy a plan you can use. Unless you are using it mostly on wifi, you'll spend more going over the 500mb/month. And if you use wifi, just buy the tab second hand (still good condition) and use it as a wifi only tablet/or use it on a prepaid plan as well
I'd take this deal if it was in the US.

This deal just started this week, and last all month. For those who want a GT7, but are iffy on it. This is a great deal, you receive a $25 gift card as soon as you buy it. Mainly Super Walmart's carry the GT7, but you might find it at a "normal" (Walmart w/o food, and tire service).
So those who are wanting one, buy it now You have no reason to not buy it Use that $25 on Food, or Gas (Some Walmart's have Gas Stations). Or save it for later I don't care, jut get your dream tablet

Check local ads for deal, and you can also match prices I bought one for 200!
To sweaten the deal a little more, if you or a family member work there you get another $25 off for the employee discount! I am going to pick one of these up today.
I would just say to make sure there aren't better deals online. I got mine for $240 ($9 discount) and without tax. Sales tax in my state is 9% which would have added $22 to the price.
Always cross check prices.

Screw walmart I bought mine there a few days ago and they gave me nothing! Then again the sales lady was stupid she almost sold me an ipad when I stated 2 times I want the 7inch galaxy tab 2.
Damn! I just bought one like 2 weeks ago and missed this deal. :/
Thought I would toss this out in case others don't know. Last night I was looking for the best price on the Note 2, stumbled across best buys reward zone website, I joined and then grabbed the phone for 199, total 213 shipped on a T-Mobile renewal. If your on the fence might be worth checking it out. Oddly it was making me add a data plan even though I already had one so I called T-Mobile and they said they will remove it so I can keep my cheaper preferred plan. Best buy's reward zone has the phone for other carries as well.
Congrats! welcome to the family. I've been enjoying discovering all I can do with this great phone.

Thanks, pretty happy with 200 bucks for the phone considering T-Mobile wanted 369, then upgrade fee ,shipping and tax, it would have been over 400 easily. I am so looking forward to ditching my Sensation..actually more ditching HTC I suppose which is odd as most of my phones have been HTC's.
