Just My HD2 not loading Android?

Hey,
I Tried Adding the Android to my HTC HD2, I've Adding the Folder containing the Android files to the root of the SD card. When I boot it, it goes to the HaRET boot lunix... loading bar then to the Command screen say
HaRET boot
Shutting down hardware
Turning off MMU...
In preloader
PSR=600000df
Tags relocated to 0x1B000100 (size 0x00000f00)
Kernal relocated to 0x1B00B000 (size 0x001fbd04)
Initrd relocated to 0x1Ba00000 (size 0x0001cfaa4)
Jumping to kernal.

And does nothing, I waited 20 mins, 4 times now.
Phone Spec:

ROM date 11/25/09

SD CARD: HC SD 8GB

I have the same proble
my radio is also "2.05.51.05_2"
I do NOT want to upgrade my radio to not lose warranty.
Is there any android rom version (or work around) that can run on my device as is?

No there is not. You need to update your radio. I may be wrong but I think your warranty will be just fine...

Question: SPL Version

Hello People,
I have a problem with my phone. I want HSPL on my phone so i can have android instead of windows mobile. But when i instal te tool Hardspl he gives a faultcode. SPL version bad.
My version is
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL - 3.03.0000 XE
microP (led) 0x05
microP (touch) 0x50
What can i do to change me SPL version?

A little search in the forums here would have helped, too... please try it in the future.
SPL 3.03 cannot be changed with HSPL2/3.exe, you need to install an older ROM.
First, you have to get an older version for your HD2 - you need to know if it is a branded phone or not, if it´s US, European, or Asian. Check this on HTC.com with your serial number if you don´t know.
If you´re not sure, do *not* flash anything as you risk to brick your device. Make screenshots of your device info and ask in the forum.
Once you have your ROM, you must flash it via SD card (check the stickies for the how-to) because only this method will replace the newer SPL with the older.
Next step, install first HSPL 2.08, then the latest Radio ROM 2.15.50.14 and then MAGLDR, finally you can flash NAND Android ROMs.
For each step, please follow the instructions which you find in the linked thread to the smallest detail.

Ok sorry for that. I will do that in the future!.
So i can't go to a older version if my phone is branded? Ok i go to the site of HTC but i can't find the way to check if my phone is branded.
I tought it was easy to flash it but that not haha .
I'll go do some research about my phone. Thx for the information!.

The download link I provided you is the original (previous) stock Rom fore the LEO NLD device. (So yes it's safe) (I also have a NLD device )

I just bought a new HTC HD2 from India....
I want to flash my phone as to run windows 7....but cant flash it as it have spl-3.03.0000
I am new so i dont know which region old rom i will download to downgrade my hd2 to use hspl.
early i downloaded WWE rom but my hd2 didint support it.
Please help......

Did you check with the serial number on htc.com support/downloads?
If you have an unbranded device, you´ll be able to check what WWE version you actually have...
Or, if you post here the system and software information from your HD2 - you can find those things in the settings tab of Sense. With this data, it´s a bit easier to find out what you´ve got and help.

Yup i had olredy done that and there is only Rom3.14 update is avilable for my HD2.

OK, I think you indeed have the original Indian device.
Check here if the older ROM is still downloadable... (I tried, it is,
search for version 1.48.720.2, scroll down to the end of the page)
and there you go, ready to downgrade and HSPL your phone!

Radio version: 2.07.51.22_2
Protocol version: 15.32.50.07U
CPU: QUALCOMM(R) 8250B
RAM size: 448MB
Flash size: 512 MB
I found few links but any of them is not quite conviencing me for such step and not sure how much system is stable after this operation.
Also I would appreciate for links where I can download files which are necessary for mentioned action.

since your hd2 is eu you should also have an ext partition in your sd but you can do this after you flashed mgldr using mgldr menu.
if you stuck in any step ask for help.

Hi,
Please list ALL of the steps you did before you got the white screen.

I found where was a problem...during instalation HardSPL4 I choose 3.03.HSPL and seems that this is not possible with my model of phone. When I repeat process and choose 2.08.HSPL, it pass without problem

If you go to the first post of the ROM you mentioned ...there's a video of exactly what to do .... doesn't get any easier than that

the radio you have is fine and compatible with the rom you want.
you could use radio 2.12.50.02 as well. It allegedly is kinder on the battery but lower power for GSM and wifi.

since my radio is ok what to do next? im really quite confused with SPL, mgldr and etc.. i need a step by step guide

- MagLDR Repartition 300/ 45
- Magldr
- Service
- Clear SD MBR
- uselast24NAND
- USB Flaser
- Flash WP7
- Done!
