Polaris Roms Bendmark

There are many WM6.1 ROM builds, so i decided to test which ROM is fastest. I use Spb Bendmark v1.6 to get a result at same moment when ROM is just uploaded.
Hope you more easier to compare and choose a best ROM for your lovely PDA

I dont know why PDAViet19212 & Bepe read file (1Mb) more slowly than other.
Generaly, Bepe is best at moment.
Vivi19585 new ROM have bad result.

On Average ViVi and udk are at par.
File -> udk is leading
Graphics -> ViVi
CPU -> Both are kind of equal

None of them has the new drivers so far.

ROM Graphics Testing with GXMark
I made a test with http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393961
this software on ROM v1.52.61.12 by PhamQuang and vivis black diamond rom, 4 times with all 3 roms, just rom flash. Installed the software and soft reset after and made the test 4 times
I only write the final results. To lacy to write all. Look at above thread what this nr meens. Kaiser have with some rom over 1700?! results

[Q] Leedroid 3.x compatible Themes

Hi,
I have Leedroid 3.0.8.2 (LeeDrOiD_V3.0.8.2_GB_A2SD) installed on my HTC Desire.
Now I would like to install a custom theme onto it.
I've tried Blue_Carbon_Sense_UI_Full-v1.3b and esk0dr0id_clear_glass_sense_v1.3 (ClockWorkMod -> recovery -> install zip from SD card -> selected theme and reboot) but with both themes my device just freezes in the white HTC boot screen and nothing happens after that.
To get the device working again I reverted to the default LeeDrOiD_V3.0.8.2_GB_A2SD (ClockWorkMod -> recovery -> install zip from SD card -> selected theme and reboot) ROM and everything works again.
Are those themes not compatible with Leedroid 3.0.8.2 or is there something else I am doing wrong?

Hi,
I don't know about the 'Clear Glass Sense' theme, but I expect, that it is as incompatible with LeeDrOiD 3.x as the 'Blue Carbon Sense' for sure is.
Those themes were made for the FroYo - ROMs and LeeDrOiD 3.x ROMs are Gingerbread based. To different to use those themes.
I'm missing the 'Blue Carbon Sense' too.

Thanks for your info. I didn't realize that I had the Gingerbread version of Leedroid installed, although now I understand the "GB" in the name of the file .
If I would like to downgrade to a Froyo based version, do you know which download I should choose from the Leedroid ROM's? The LeeDrOiD_V2.5.0_A2SD_FINAL version?
Can I just flash a "lower" ROM and keep my current settings?

[HELP]Outgoing call (dialling out) Loud speaker volume on ICS ROM

HI,
I already search for solution and tried different kernels with no luck, (in CM7 I fixed it flashing dorimanx kernel) if you can help I’ll appreciate.
Problem:
- Outgoing (dialling out) volume defaults to the maximum. The work around is to either hit the volume + or - or turn the speaker phone on and off quickly during a outgoing to force the device to pick up the preset volume

tested tytung ICS rom NexusHD2-ICS-4.0.4-CM9-HWA V2.4 (Kernel: tytung_HWA_r3.1)
Cause of Changelog, Changed the in-call volume from always maximum (100%) to 60%.
No luck, it didn’t fix the problem, outcall volume always starts at maximum

Cause of related bugs due to a2sd scripts, tried another clean install with 2 fix permitions, didn´t install anything else and took of sd

I already had confirmation that’s not a common (all users) bug, BUT I’m also sure that we are not alone.

the phone acts different if it's a incoming or outgoing call, in incoming call it starts with rear speaker for ringing and then when we accept call it pass on front speaker to talk. that’s why on incoming we don’t have the problem, it fixed it automatically the same way we do on outgoing calls by activating and deactivating rear speaker.
a quick solution would be a script that makes the phone always initiate a call with rear speaker and after answer pass to front speaker

In GB this bug was fixed by replacing libaudio.so but ICS doesn’t have this file.
Maybe we could fix this issue by replacing the correspondent file in ICS if some one could tells us witch one acts the same way in ICS as libaudio.so in GB

Dear Friends, like I wrote at the topic... Always that I reboot the phone after flash the ROM, I lose configurations that I done and the instaled apps too.
I have a HTC HD2 EU, with the following configurations:
- HSPL 2.08
- RADIO 2.15.50.14
- SDCard 32GB class 10
1º partition - Primary/FAT32 - 25GB - cluster size 64Kb​2º partition - Primary/Ext4 - 4GB - cluster size default​3º partition - Primary/SWAP - 256MB - cluster size default​
I'm installing the UrDroid 2.9 Runnymede 1.30.461.1 marc1706 0.2.3 kernel 2.9 ROM [When I installed others roms the same problem happened] and I done the follows steps:
1º - Install the Task29;
2º - Install the CLK 1.5;
3º - Install zip from SDCard;
After the installation is finished, I reset the phone and the OS starts loading. I make some configurations, wait 10 minutes and finally reboot the phone.
When the phone starts, the settings that I made ​​was lost, and the initial process configuration of OS is started again.
Well .. is this! I hope you can help me ...
