[Q] Wifi Problem With U8800 in Custom Roms

I cant connect to WiFi in any of the custom roms, I have flashed my phone with Cm 10.1 v9 and v12, Aurora 5 + update 20 and PACman v1.2 but in all of them it shows my mac address as 00:00:00:00:00. But when I downgrade to 2.3.5 Stock rom I was able to connect to WiFi. When it isn't connected in 2.3.5 it shows my mac address as unavailable when connects it show 00:0a:f5:89:89. What I don't understand is why am I able to connect when I downgrade and why I cant when I update to any of the custom roms?
