How go about using this to create a rom? I'm not sure how to go about editing the files.

If anyone has anything EVO specific, that would be great but here is where I am starting...

That would be great, but I'd be asking for way too much as the LG UI apps are way too different looking (and better looking ) I may have time to do them soon

but tbh, launcher alone doesn't look that good as it does not include any icons... I added the icons individually to the system apps.

I can not download it.It is requesting premium (ROM)

How come? Scroll far down and click request download ticket, then click download directly

Provide some choices in Transparent status bar like 25%,50%,75%,100% etc

This is for the first time ive ported a rom ( Advanced Three ), the port rom calls "Advanced Seven" and it was created by @jjjhitel
The latest france firmware is used as the base rom
I have tested my ported rom only on my SM-A310F device

-BLUETOOTH

I am not responsible for any damages on your device, i only tested the rom only on a310f variant, dont try on other variants if you dont have any backup
Do a full wipe before flash the rom.. and i suggest to do a backup..
