Hi, I'm running HyperDroid-CM7-v3.0.1[a2sd][CyanogenMod7 LEO 2.3.5] with ADW Launcher Ver. 1.3.6 CM 1.1 and I love it.
Only problem I have found so far is the icons of the context menus on the desktop are grayed out, but they do work. don't know how to fix this.
Anyone with a solution for this ?
This is an issue within the framework-res.apk or maybe SystemUI.apk .
The only way to fix it is by editing the aforementioned files.
You could also report it in HyperDroid's Thread.

Hi everyone
I tried to download Samsung Widget through the Widget app that is located on the default widget bar of i8000, but when i click install it said something like "errors occur when applying/installing the widget".
Actually, I have flashed my rom once and it is now a non-English version WM6.5.
I8000HZUJC1(it's not a lite rom, it's an official rom but released by the service provider, they only added some apps related to their service)
I've searched for similar issues on the internet and seems that not many ppl are having this problem, so was wondering, does anyone here have any idea or solution for this?

Did you use File manager or File Explorer when installing widgets?
For me, I'm using i8000 too but I cant install widgets through File Manager, instead i used File Explorer and it works....
You can try it out and let me know whether it works.

I'm running LeeDroid v1.6a on my HTC Desire but I'm not satisfied with the bluetooth icons Lee put into this ROM. He changed the stock icons into something else, which I think are ugly. So I want to change the 2 bluetooth icons.
After a search I found this thread on XDA: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=722993 which gives a nearly perfect tutorial about changing icons. There is only one big thing why I think this tutorial will not work for me and that is:
This tutorial works only on de-odexed ROM (no odex file in your phone).
As far as I know, LeeDroid v1.6a is odexed. That is, I can see files with the odex extension on my Desire in the /system/app folder eg, which concludes for me that LeeDroid v1.6a is odexed.
Is there any way to change just the 2 bluetooth icons (attached in the zip file) and replace them on my Desire ? The above mentioned guide looks quite simple. What happens if I follow that guide and execute the new and self created framework-res.apk file on my odexed system ?
Again, I only want to change the two bluetooth icons. Is there anyone who can help me with that ? For example in making a flashable zip file with only these two icons which wil work on my ROM ?

I have just upgraded to 8773 and my wallpaper has been changed after reboot. When I tried to set it again, I found there is no more "violet" wallpaper on my devices. Can any one else confirm this? Can anybody extract this wallpaper from device and put in on forum?
I also missing my wallpaper with Fugu fish
not sure what to tell you guys, this upgrade was painless for me. Everything stayed the same, I was able to keep my custom wallpaper,
I don't really remember all of the stock images, but they appear to be there, it just takes me to my photo album now.

HOWTO use the apk:
Use Root Explorer (recommended),
1.Copy the apk to the /system folder,
2.set the apk's permission to 644, like this:

3.then Move the apk to the target folder to overwrite the old one,
(framework-res.apk in framework folder, systemui.apk in app folder)

use apktool to decompile&compile the framework-res,
just edit the styles.xml in values~
My sgs2 hasnt been right since rolling back from VK rom 5.2 to 5.1.3. Flashed over 5.2 with 5.1.3 using CWM. Ended up factory reset and flashing again.
Still not right with acore crashing all the time. Cleared data in contacts and that sorted that. Now gapps crashes constantly.
Flashed stock 4.0.3 yesterday via odin (with cf root) and then 5.1.3 again via cwm but still not right.
So should we just flash this or what

Hi tenasama, can you make a keyboard fix for the last vk rom 5.2.2? I try your last fix, but don't work in the 5.2.2 rom (loop).

I don't want to download the whole rom because my bad net speed (in China)
BTW: does the vk rom 5.2.2 still have the keyboard issue?

Hi, please excuse my absence, but now the author of vk rom have released 5.3 version. Now i want to test it for verify if the keyboard issue still persist (as the 5.2.2 and 5.2.3 too :crying. If yes i'll upload you the framework! Thanks a lot.

I need an advice, I love the icon pack of the oxygen OS on the op2. I tried some apk but I can't find a solution. There are these icons only for that particular version or there's an other way to get them ?
