Recently I screwed up on my Samsung Omnia Pro B7610 WinMo6.1 , while trying out some funny little APPs on sound / music . I ended up with my HEPTIC FEEDBACK being nearly dead
Its now 10~20% in strength of what it used to be . Its like my phone has been drugged !!!
The program "close" [X] or "open" or other soft keys , the phonebook scroll , etc ... they dont give the strength of Heptic Feedback like it was a few days back .
Then I tried SPB Time - the stopwatch/timer screen ... with the rolling time setting ... and the heptic feedback on that was strong as ever . So my Vibro Harware is fine , for sure .
Then I un-installed all those rubbish musica CABs , tried all system setings for sound/vibro ... no effect .
I'm certain , some Regsitry File got altered / corrupted .
Please could someone help me restore the original strength of the heptic feedback , with a Registry Hack ? I use "Resco Registry" .
Will this do any help ?
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>OEM>VIB STRENGTH_low ... to "0"
... or any other hack ?

i found in
HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds
a lot of settings for changing phone sounds like busytone ,dialing , and dtmf tones too
next in
HKCU\ControlPanel\Sound Categories
is the Fedback ,Incall ,Ring where who can change the directory where sound are stored
so a sound skin will be possibly for the phone?

Copilot on my Pro doesn't route spoken instructions to speakers, but cjack the earphones in and lo! there he is - Stephen Hawking as I live and Breathe. Anyone know how to re-route to speakers?

Exit CoPilot
Click START | SETTINGS | REMOVE PROGRAMS
Highlight Pocket Speech and click REMOVE
Now restart CoPilot and you should be able to select both the country of voice files and the person in each country (where there are multiple voice files available). These can be found under Home > Settings > Language and Speech. Now that the TTS file has been deleted, you should be able to choose a language from the list provided (this would previously have been greyed out).

Try that one, it's a standalone app that makes the contacts appear just like iphone contacts.

few days ago i was playing osngs in the music tab of the TC HD2 ( the tab which can be found down the screen with the green icon !! ) . anyway , it asked me if i want to update the albums or something like that , i checked the box " dont ask me again " and by mistake i pressed "YES" , and its downloading updates ever since !! how can i fix it ?????? i was checking in each and every possible setting options and couldn't find anything to fix it.

i believe the registry setting that controls that is under HKLM/Software/HTC/HTCAlbum, i think it's the as_update value (i'm not too sure as i expected it to have a 0 or 1 value, but i have it enabled and it shows up as 24751624)

I have a similar question, while in the music player I accidently choose HTC to find the album art, now some of my songs have album art not even close to the song. IE: I have a song by 'Drake - Over' and it found some Irish Musical Pub Holiday Album. How do I change it back?

Hello Guys then here it takes a joint effort !!!!!!
I recently replaced the Touch2 with HD Mini. Ok aesthetics sensors display the machine.... ops ...... maybe I'm exaggerating.
The problem is that the simple little things as raising the volume of the ring (already tried AudioPara3, with fully functional touch2) and rotate the display with TomTom7 (already tried all the programs you use the G-sensor and not see change strings register and so on, among other things, working with Touch2 long press the call button) I can not find solution.
Or rather .... AudioPara3 once installed completely excluded volume, and it took a total hardreset to restore the sound.
I would increase the volume of mp3 play as a ringtone, or very low, but for now not find the right method .While to rotate the TomTom gets to the point that the navigation wheel, but just call the menu crashes, the TomTom is closed and returns to the screen.
Then I ask the guru HTC ...... How? Who can help me.?
