help:the staff related to mobile shell

Hi, all genius, I am now confronting one problem about the mobile shell.
We all see the three icons of Email, test messenger as well as the missed call. But when we tap any of them, they lead us to the default interface of such email/test inbox or the missed call interface.
I am wondering all of these days can we just customize it so as to launch the program one needs. For instance, I have been trying all the day on the reg, the ***.dat and sth else to launch the vito sms-chat by tapping the middle icon, but failed.
Anyone has any hint or solution for this problem?

Question about MobileShell Customization

Hi Guys!
Is there a way to edit the links in MS????
I'm using the VITO-Software-Pack (contacts,sms,pictureviewer)...But if i press on the sms button, the windows mobile one opens...
The SPB Contact-Button in Contacts-Page opens the SPB Contact-Manager...is there a way to change the link?
And is it possible to set the service of the email button, so it'll show my email-account inbox instead of the outlook one?

hallo, i know mobile shell opens a lot of questions but it would be much better if you ask this in one of the hundered mobile shell threads and dont start a new thread !

Skin Help!!

Is anyone familiar with Rainmeter for Windows.
I know you guys are incredible with skinning phones and pda's but I am learning simple skinning with windows still.
I have a program called Rainmeter and I have this specific skin that keeps me up to date with stocks I plug into it. My dilemma is I can only get the top 4 to work which is the default script but when I add my other 10-11 stock tickers they don't work.
Can anyone help me? I have both the original and edited .ini script files for anyone willing to take a look and help.

problems running a windows mobile theme

hi guys just a quick question
i currently have spb mobile shell installed and switch between that and sense on the hd2..
i want another option basically a windows mobile theme ( the ones with the big fonts and wordings on the left hand side) if i go to settings > all settings? today and select a theme for exampe htc black and both tick/untick the windows default it doesnt seem to work? i have disabled sense and the spb mobile shell.
so do i need to install sdkcerts and the tsk.files into windows directory? even though the themes show up on my today screen?

ummm, i've seen quite a few threads like this one. someone comes, posts a problem, and then just chimes in again and says "its resolved". some people even delete their entire original post!
it would be better for the community if you also post what you did to fix it, even if it was a silly little misunderstanding on your part.
who knows? maybe the information might help someone else? thus making your short little thread a bit more meaningful...?

[Q] Internet - Graphics help pls someone? :)

Hi guys. This should be easy for someone with experience so hopefully this will come in handy for a lot of 'new to windows mobile' types like myself.
Ok so the issue - start up Internet Explorer. Go to say... ebay.co.uk and check your accoutnt for example. Then the fun begins. I want to ask a seller a question. In classic view this takes a while to load (ebay mobile won't even allow you to do this function by the way!). The problem is this. Buttons are missing on the screen. Certain ares of the selctions are not showing. Bottom line is i can't click on ASK QUESTION to continue. Guessing something is needed like java or adobe flash but i'm not going to start adding things at random and by guesswork.
So can someone advise what is needed please, if anything? Maybe a setting i have is incorrect?
Sorry for the semi-vague details as far as the technical side goes. If you need a bit more clairty then please just ask and i'll try to better my comments.

Try using a better browser, e.g. Opera Mini. The built in IE has many limitations.
I experience previously with internet banking where IE fails to send Login id and passwords but Opera Mini works.
