I have HTC desire z . I root my phone and put cyanogen7 rom. In stock rom (sense) if i put my phone on displat call stop ringing, but in cyanogen this function not working. Can i enable?

Do you mean when you turned the phone display-down onto the table it stopped ringing?
I believe this is a feature exclusive to Sense, and I'm not aware of anything similar built into CM7.
im afraid not, its only an htc sense feature sorry

ok i get this issue everytime i install a new hero rom on my MT3G.
i will be trying to call someone and it will start ringing but then the audio gets cut off, orr it will complete the call and the audio gets cut off during the call. point is Audio gets cut off and i am unable to make proper calls. and sometimes my phone will even reboot when this happens.
i dont have this issue on the stock rom or cyanogens roms. So i know it has to do with the hero roms and not me or my phone.
I really love the hero roms but this problem makes it impossible for me to enjoy them.
someone please help me out.
*Edit: i had posted a thread about this a while back and found a hero rom that didnt give me this problem, JACxHEROSki-v1.7r2, but when i ventured on to other hero roms the problem occured once more.
Im swearing off Hero Roms until someone can figure out this problem, or until i start having Hero withdrawals lol

Hey guys I just had an issue with my new phone. When I go to answer a call, I would say it has about a 50% chance of getting hung up. The phone will ring and when I slide to answer, it just stays on that screen for around 10 seconds. If I pick up early enough, the call will still come through after it waits. Most of the time it just stays silent until it notifies me of missing the call. It does this whether I use the hard key to answer or the slide function. I hve tried several roms and this problem keeps happening. i have tried Dutty's R6, Tess Pride III and IV, Cheetah 2.2, Official HTC ROM, and even the stock At&t rom. It does it regardless of what ring I have selected as well. If i have a short mp3 it does it and stock ringtones and even vibrate and silent.
The interesting thing is that this is my second htc pure. The first one had a badly scratched screen due to the crappy screen protector that att sold me. The first phone also had this same issue. I was wondering if you guys had a solution to this. I don't know if it is a network problem or a phone problem. I have tried using S2U2 because I thought that maybe it was because of the actual slide to answer function but that did not work.
I am currently using the EnergyROM "Phoenix 2" manilla 2.1 WWE 21889 with radio
4.49.25.17
I am really leaning towards it being a problem with the at&t network. I have had problems in the past with them because it did something similar with my old phone.
Any help would be awesome. I appreciate everything you guys do on this forum.

works fine on the stock rom i am useing ... dont know what to say .
I am still looking for the solution. I am gonna try my Sim in a couple other phones tonight and see if it is just my number.
I figured out what the problem was. I selected the standard windows mobile phone skin instead of the Leo canvas that everyone loves to cook into the roms. I think that the phone was having a hard time loading this canvas after loading my ringtone and showing the slide to answer screen. I have not had any problems ever since I switched canvases.
ok, here is the situation.
Ive been enjoyed mdj-froyo hd-v4 for couple of days, no such vibration happened before.
but after I tryed miui series & mccm hd v1 beta2, I suddenly found out that there's always A gentle vibration when I make a call, right after someone pick up the phone & talk to me, and you know Im not talking abt the phone dial pad, I disabled that in phone settings. but this one, has no obviously sulotion after I checked all the option in phone settings menu.
So, Im asking for your help. any idea?

I have problem with my HD2 and NAND Android.
Everything was OK, everything worked great but one day I turned off and then turned on my HD2 to save some RAM memory. Data connection automaticly turned on (as always) and then I wasn't able to make any phone call. Also noone could phone to me or even send sms.
I've tried some NANDroid:
- Imilka's RAM Desire v1.0
- RAFDROID HD
- TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 RC2
- and now I'm using Imilka's Incerdible Sense v1.0
None of this NANDroids fixed my problem. Additionaly, on TyphooN CM the "Cordy" game worked very well but on Imilka's Incredible Sense it's closing immediately after starting.
Any idea how to fix it?
Sorry if there was problem like that but I couldn't find anything. Also sorry for my poor english

hey guys i don't wanna sound retarded or anything, i have an HD2, running on Android OS 2.3.3 HyperDroid.. everything is perfect, except when my phone is sleep, someone calls me i can't see who it is... any ideas or suggestions?
