Nexus 7 won't pair with Windows 7

The Bluetooth adapter is also made by Asus and Windows pairs with my phone just fine (A Samsung Rant)
The Nexus and Windows both see each other and my phone was in the same location when I paired it. Both the pc and Nexus are set to visible.
When I tried to start the pairing from the Nexus, it tries for a bit and then gives an error about an invalid pin. Meanwhile, and my pc doesn't even seem to realize that something is trying to pair with it. I don't get any requests for a pin, no errors or notices of any kind.
When I try to start the pairing from my pc, it tries for a while and eventually spits out an error code. Now the Nexus is the one to not notice that something is trying to pair with it.
Any ideas?
EDIT: It pairs just fine when I boot into Linux, so its a Windows problem.

Yeah thats really off topic. As long as the Lumia can be a WiFi hotspot the Nexus should work.

Nexus 7 Bluetooth Pairing issue

I am trying to get a good setup for my Nexus 7 mounted in my car, and I'm having some annoying issues with bluetooth. I have bluetooth auto connect installed, and I have paired it with my Droid Bionic before, but any time I try to connect them I have to accept a pairing request again.
I am running Timurs USB rom, and Icarus HD on my Bionic. Anyone have any ideas?

[Q] Multiple Bluetooth Device Issues

So I have the Logitech Android bluetooth keyboard and a microsoft bluetooth mouse. Both of these devices work perfectly when connected alone, but when trying to connect these two devices to my Nexus 7 at the same time, the Logitech keyboard cuts out and I have to disconnect the bluetooth mouse in order to pair it again. Has anyone else had any of these issues or know of a way to solve it? There was a time in which they both worked correctly, but I am not sure if that was 4.2.1 or something earlier like 4.1.2. I have my device multibooted and the multiple devices work with bluetooth on the Ubuntu desktop version for our Nexus 7.
ROMs tried: CM10.1 (current), PA3.1, and AOKP
Kernels tried: Franco (current) and M-Kernel

[Q] Can't BT Pair N7 (4.2.2) to Windows 7 (x64)

I have a 16GB Nexus 7 with XenonHD 4.2.2 Rom, and I cannot pair it with my Windows 7 (x64) desktop, either with the desktop looking for it and pairing or from the N7 finding the Desktop and Pairing.
But I can pair with my Macbook running OSX Lion and send a file from the Macbook to the N7.
And I can also pair the N7 to my T-Mobile G2 (HTC Desire-Z) running ILWT CM7 to use for Bluetooth Internet Tethering.
And I can successfully pair with my iPad (it'll pair, but it doesn't support any actual functions)
But alas, I cannot pair with my Windows 7 Desktop, any advice on where to look to solve the problem?
I got it to pair by moving the BT adapter to a different USB port, but even with it paired, there are no services listed under the services tab. There's a direct connect option but it does nothing other than show it connected, and then disconnects. So there appears to be no bluetooth functionality between the N7 and windows (such as file sharing, etc).
