I'm trying to code the dungeon in app.
The issue I'm having in eclipse.
Imarketbillingservice.stub cannot be resolved.
Are there any fixes. None of the quick fixes work.
I was able to copy the aidl file correctly into correct directory.
Thanks.

Only the 1.5 version of the HTC_IME keyboard works with the 2.2 ROM. Unfortunately, the voice input does not work since it is only the 1.5 version. This is the version that works.

There are two .apk to install and both are in the zip file... with the time spent posting that question you could have just opened it and found out what was inside
I use ShapeWriter and it works perfectly.

@derekwilkinson - i dont think it was necessary for you to get smart all i did was ask a simple question b/c i didnt know. being the smart ass you seem to be you should have realized i didnt know i was supposed to unzip it until i realized the flash failed and said it wasnt working !
Use a file explorer like Astro to open the .zip. You should get an option to open with app manager (or something along those lines ha ha) and you should be able to install.

pushing necessary lib files will enable farther versions of the IME keyboard to work, you still dont get voice recognition to work but the keyboard is there.

If you read through the thread, you will find there is an EC05 version that has been posted by k0nane (not in the OP though).
It is only an apk though, so you will either need to create your own flashable zip, or use adb or root explorer to replace your existing one
That didn't work for me and many others even though some got it to work

I have tried a half a doesn't ways to fix this call log problem and all have failed (thru my stupidity of course) - since I am Odexed and not one post said that you must delete the .odex file after you copy over the new .apk file in the system/app directory - even if you flashed it with a new .zip files that are out there, it does not delete the .odex if it still there.
That will stop the fix from working. I guess it was assumed that you would delte the .odex file also.
I went through a little trouble myself and that's just what I figured out that made it work. Clear text from old call log(optional). Delete the old apk and odex, copy the new one, reboot. Worked for me. Used the apk k0nane posted in the themes/apps section near the end of the thread, the one for ec05.

yup, that did it for me - if I hadn't been persistant and found your post, I was about to give up and live with it - but it now works as it should! thanks again!
this call log problems seems so stupid i can only come to the conclusion that samsung did it on purpose to annoy us. maybe samsung john did it
Got it now, thanks chris41g

Feeling down about not being able to stream Netflix while on Apex?
Cheer up! There is a fix.
1. Download this file: build.prop
2. Place file on the root of your SD card
3. Using a root explorer app such as ES File Explorer, long press on the file and copy it
4. Navigate to the /system/ folder
5. Paste the file - You must replace the old build.prop
6. Reboot
7. Download the DX Netflix.apk: Netflix for the Droid X (the normal netflix.apk will not work)
8. Enjoy

Found a solution to running Netflix on Apex 2.0.0 beta and Liberty 0.5 (GB 591) without having to modify the build.prop or use a modded APK for DroidX and Droid2 also I think. I'm not going to link to another forum but a quick google search for
netflix apex 2.0.0 beta
ought to point you in the right direction.
Fixed me right up.

I've tried a few but since the sdk is newer, I had parsing errors. I changed sdk to 14 to match ics and was able to install stuff like the launcher. Everything I tried kept FC. Only app that works for me without editing is the music app on my phone. Haven't got any yet to work on the tab.

Android Police released a leaked version of ICS Google music about a week ago. It does not work on the tab unless you search for a specific song. It WILL work on phones.

Yea AndroZip is good. It's just nice to have one more option.
I use root explorer. Love it completely. It's simple small and powerful

Just use unzip or tar in the terminal. Why have one more GUI wrapped around the already existing binaries?

Open your terminal and enter "tar" or "unzip". This will display instructions for their use.
I've known about uzip and tar. It's a busybox function. Type busybox and you'll see both of those in there as listed funtions. I just like to use androzip with the stock cm file manager because it's easier then typing commands in terminal.

I understand the convenience of having the ability to unzip from a file browser. My point was why download another, when if you really want a stand alone decompression app, it is a simple enough to write.
I use ES File Explorer. It has built in file management, archive management, ftp and network browsing, can read text files, etc. It's pretty sweet.
