framework-res.apk can be used in different stock ROM versions? - Huawei Ideos X5 U8800

I have a heavily modified framework-res.apk file that I modded using UOT Kitchen. I have B133 and am planning to upgrade to B136. My question is, if I upgrade to B136 will I be able to use the same framework-res.apk from the old ROM? Is it compatible?
Thanks

It can be used with all 2.2.1 ROMS, but not the 2.2.2 ROMS (which i believe are B137 and B138)

Looking for a deodexed Froyo dialer

Hi,
does anyone have a deodexed Froyo version of DialerTabActivity.apk. Maybe from one of the deodexed roms here on the forum. ( It is in the system/app directory. I'm sure the rom developer wouldn't have anything against it. If so, I'm sure we will hear about it
The developer of the scalable eclair version for variable densities (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=876184) is willing to mod the Froyo dialer also. So, if anyone has a deodexed version (JPX would be best) ....
Thanks
Extracted from Doc's JPX 5.1 rom zip. Hope that it is sufficient for ya

Carrier Name

Helo all,
Since my fisrt custom ROM, OXYGEM, my carrier name changed, even now, when i'm using the Aurora ICS rom from DZO, after installing the previous stock roms, the carrier name is not the one that was supost to be.
My girlfriend has the same phone. she was using the stock rom yet. I installed the Aurora ICS and the carrier name is right!
Do you know how can i overwrite tis problem? there's a file or something that I can copy from her phone.
Tanks
I suggest you to install official 2.2 or 2.3 to restore sytems to normality.
than you just root and instal CWM and custom rom again.
To install custom cum you can skip the root part off course...

To install the Aurora ICS ROM i had to downgrade to stock 2.2 and install the 2.3 official rom!
So, i gues it doesn't resolve the problem! =/

[n9005] Deodexed stock rom or how to deodex my rom then setup xposed

Hi there,
I know this may have been asked so many times but I'm completly lost with all the differents ROMs
I like my current ROM :
android 5.0
bb: N9005XXUGBOD1
version LRX21V.N9005XXUGBOF1
rooted
recovery : twrp
I want xposed framework and I read I need a deodexed rom before.
But I don't want to install custom ROM, I don't need any fancy stuff or other, I like my current ROM.
Can anyone tell me how I could do that ?
Backup my own ROM with twrp then JoelDroid deodexer it then restore this file ? Would this work ?
Or where could I get the deodexed version of my ROM ?
I wish I could not loose any app or setting or file.
Thanks for any hints.
