Hi,
I've tried both iphone phone dialer(seems doesnt work with touch hd because of the screen resolution) and iDialer(only works without the functional buttons at the bottom,when dialing,after dialing the original dialer pad appears)...
Anyone got any idea on some other cab files or ...?

I recently installed this wonderfull program on my titan and let me tell you its works perfect for on the run. but i noticed that when i use my keyboard its not the same it uses some of the action and letter styles as the touch keypad and keyboard. anyone have this issue?
Just curious. . . is there a .cab file for a larger on screen keyboard?
or maybe just a more touch friendly keyboard
at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=342351 there is a cab (HTC Keyboard + Keypad.CAB )for Keyboard/Keypad from Touch Dual. IMHO this is the best/easiest way to enter text w/o having to constantly flip your hone to take out the hardware qwerty. Give it a try

now a new - fresh - X1 owner
before the X1 i use a HTC Diamond.
Now i miss the Phone Dialpad ... the "normal" Phone Keyboard on the Display.
I want to use the pad for a quick sms answer ...
any ideas ?

I realize this isn't what you're talking about but it is related.
There is a dial pad screen for dialing numbers, right?

i want the "Touch-Screen-Phone-Pad" for quick answering my SMS. Currently i have to use the keyborad or the pen. On my diamond i have a "mobile-Phone-Pad" like a "normal" phone.

Hello!
I changed my Diamond into Touch HD, and have problem with HD Dialer in landscape mode.
If I using my navigation software (Automapa 5.5.1), and trying to call to someone during navigation, dialer switches whole display in portrait mode.
In my old Diamond there was no problem with that...
Anybody has the same problem?
I find the standard WM6 dialer to be the best if you're switching between landscape and portrait modes.
I know that, but standart dialer in WM is 'pretty ugly'
Why in Diamond this working correct, and in Touch HD is problem?
