Notifications lights is always ON, cannot be set to blink or flash, probably because I9000 does not have dual color LEDs. Can somebody modify CM10 for this ?
For blinking leds you have to change kernel. The only one I know that supports blinking is devil.
Install it and its own manager from play store and that's all.

i have always wondered why doesn't this work in CM10.
Anyway you could use semaphore kernel and download the BLN app. this has always worked for me

Light Flow works great

sorry, i meant LED notification that stays until i unlock my device.
Light flow allows you to set various options for various notifications, one of which is the LED will remain active until the notification is dismissed and you can set the custom flash timings therefor making the LED remain lit.
Hello guys,
Do you know how to change the led colour for different events from the stock app? There is only an option to enable/disable event will all green lights. How can this be changed?
Thanks!

So no way to use the stock implementation
Not that I know of. I know you can change the notification LED color on a per contact basis, but not for different events.
If you like xposed framework, there is XLED.

How can I make the backlight flash when I get a notification?
It is possible to do. You can control the brightness of the backlight in a very nice and dynamic way. But how to add this to the notification LED?
There's an Xposed module that had this option but results in system UI crashing when you receive a notification. The navigation lights did not blink however
Can you give me name of Xposed module?
