I'm using v6 supercharger, it's good and no problem
I mean does it improve battery timing ?? "supercharger" if not then my phone is pretty fast already on stock 2.1a

Supercharger does speed up your phone. And battery calibration helps but freezing google maps a better thing to do.

Which ROM are you using? I believe this is one of the "bugs" in certain custom ROMs.

I haven't worked on theses phones for like a month and i'm not realy into it, sorry, ROM: 2.09.651.3, I have never heard the term SIP i'm still new to the "PPC community" but I know how to install, reg. edit, stuff like that" when i'm on my computer I use, "My Mobiler" and when I click on the space to type it brings up the keyboard so I cannot see past the 1st line of what i'm typing,

What apps did you install that caused this issue to arise?
Maybe it is pocketCM? or some settings that have to do with it.
Try recalibrating your screen, maybe it is out of place abit. But now that you are in the ppc community you should learn to take caution of your device and learn to troubleshoot as you go.
I was getting annoyed at iPhone users shoving one of these in my face, so here's a reply.
Simply install, and run "InstantRimshot" from Programs. Then hit the big red button.

The first play may be a little laggy
SndPlayAsync() is too slow for my liking.. If anyone knows a lightweight *.wav playing system that's fast and works on WM, tell me...
Needs WM6 and above (SndPlayAsync doesn't work on WM5, sorry about that)
My graphic skills are awful... If anyone has a better button, I'd love to use it instead of 20 seconds of me and GIMP...

I followed 42turkeys' excellent How To Root and everything seemed to work as it should. I then used the ROM and root updates from andrewb84uk and they went on OK with no apparent problems. Andrewb84uk has since seemed to lose faith in his own ROMs, although other users, like me, are happy with what he's done. My phone seemed to be working fine, I can boot into recovery mode, and I really like some of the new features on 2.1.
So, my question is this; how can I tell that the root worked OK? I never really investigated the OS too much when it was running 1.5, so I'm not sure I'd spot too many of the subtle differences. Also, it is an updated OS, so any change I see may simply be an update rather than the result of root.
Does simply the fact that I can boot in recovery mode confirm that root is successful?
Go to the android market and type in Screenshot in search...
Download the app and see if it works...
If it does your rooted!

Hey everyone-
I'm asking for help from anyone who's willing to. I don't care if it's not normal for "devs" to ask everyone else for help, this is a community and we thrive on helping one another (by the way, I'm no dev).
Here's my situation: I have the next SkinnyEvo rom ready to be released. It's awesome. The only thing holding me back is a 'flickering' of system animations.
I've attached pictures so you can see what I'm talking about - notice the horizontal lines in the battery status when it's charging, or the downloading icon when using the market. It also happens when typing, scrolling text (like music), the launcher, and even some widgets when simply sitting on the homescreen.
From what I've been able to find, this 'flickering' issue used to be common back before I was involved with the HD2. It may seem like a small issue, but after a day of glitchy animations, you'll go crazy.
I've tried different kernels (only hastarins) and many other things.. but I would like to open it up to other suggestions so we can get this rom released! If you would like the rom "as is" to troubleshoot on your own, PM me and I will provide a link for you.

dude i dont know if its intalled or not..coz i dnt see it installed in my phone..
btw what custom rom are you using dude?.is ur phone htc hd2?..
im stuck in that full install cycle..
this is normal to see and when is done you see if process successful or not... but if this step is too long maybe your SDcard is too slow...
use WP Bench application from Marketplace to test SDcard speed... Asphalt 5 is huge app and need few minutes on my device (my SDcard speed is around 8 MB/s)
dude i follow what you said earlier..but my problem now is marketplace is asking me a WINDOWS LIVE ID ACTIVATION CODE, so that i cant download the application you said to me, the WP bench app...sorry for asking many questions im a totally beginner. I do not intend to be more difficult in this, actually flashing android roms is easier than this.
