Can someone build this hacked launcher in apktool? When I build it, it creates a bad apk causing a parsing error.

Have tried many of the available tools but was not able to crack any Lollipop APK, have tried installing the framework-res.apk though.

Hey guys, i ve got trouble when i'm trying to recompile a systemUI with apktool. Everytime even when nothing is modified it can't recompile.
So i wanted to ask if someone can recompile an apk for me?
