loads slower. except for better graphics and few added features I still believe the first released market version the best for surfing and downloading apps quickly.
I also get force close when going to settings in market.Tried both fixing permissions and clearing data

[Q] How to disable data please?

My dad has the Defy and I have tries to put a toggle on that toggles data on and off but even when he switches it off it automatically turns back on later on and starts using his data.
So do anyone know a better way to data off and on?
Thanks

You can use APNdroid
You can use APNdroid, it is very good!!!
if youre using stock froyo (2.2.1) theres already an option built in the settings.
I think it was under settings, then Data administrator and then Data delivery ? (i have it in spanish so sorry..dont know the REAL names...)
That should do the trick and don't need anything else.
Of course....APN doas the trick xD
disable data on the settings then reboot it, should work

Device isn't compatible.

Hey everyone. I am currently running Cm9 100% problem free, except lot of stuff I click on shows up device not compatible. Someone told me about a market enabler or something but can't find it on market nore a apk. Is someone able to help me? Thanks.
Since I'm 100% problem free would like to stay on cm9

Seems Odd
-Go to Applications manager
-In the TW launcher clear all data and clear all defaults.
-Restart and reorganize the layout ( If u have multiple launchers you will be prompted to choose a default one )
-Turn off and back on and see.
Hope it helped.

I seem to have hit this problem this week too, a workaround while I figure out why it happens is to disable/freeze other launchers so there's only one left.

Hmm, that's weird, I used Titanium Backup to freeze it.
I wonder if the app clean master deleted any file needed to keep the default launcher after restarting the phone

backup your apps and do the factory reset......................:after that you'l be :good:
None of that worked.... today i got MJ5 update with 4.3 and it fixed it.
