Trophy USB Discharge Issue - Trophy General

Hi,
I have a weird problem, if I leave the Trophy plugged into USB and power off, the fully charged phone will actually discharge itself through USB until flat.
As I often leave the phone plugged in and forget to disconnect, this is getting very annoying.
Is there a fix or a known issue? Anyone else experienced this?

I have the same problem with my HD7 its rather annoying i had the phone plunged into the power point before work, nocked out the power and with in 30 min the phone had discharged half its battery. Its not really a problem just an annoyance sometimes.

Qtek 2020 - Can't recharge the battery

Hello,
I bought a second hand Qtek 2020. The seller didn't have a cradle, but he gave me a USB sync/charge cable and a AC plug with USB slot. So I insert the one end of the cable to the PDA, one end to the plug and I recharge.
The device came with 90% charge and I could easily charge it to 100%. Today, I ran it down to 0% and now I can't recharge it!! Every time I turn the device off and plug everything in, it starts to recharge. The led on top shows red. It charges for about a minute and the device wakes up. The red light turns yellow. It says on the screen that the device is still charging but the meter is stuck at 0%!!!
I've been trying for hours but I can't even get to 1%. Maybe it would be better if I had a cradle but that's not an option now. Besides, it recharged beatifully yesterday.
I have a feeling that if I can stop the device from waking up automatically when charging, I can recharge fully, but I don't know how.
Any help will be very appreciated.
Update
Here's a quick update. It's gone from bad to worse. Now I only have a blinking red light and the device doesn't come on at all!!
Any advice please?
Have you made sure that the plug is connected tightly to the PPC? If the charge isn't being held, then the battery might be the culprit.
li-ion batts have a limited number of times it can be recharged before it's lifespan is over
maybe your batt's time is up ?
Follow-up
OK. I bought a new battery and everything works fine now. So if you're having a similar situation, a new battery may solve your problem too.
same problem
I had the same problem as you. When the battery was on 30% to 90% it could be easily charged via USB from PC or via usb adapter. Once the battery fall under appr. 20% I was unable to charge it. I wanted to throw to the garbage. I have done many upgrades many resets. While the qtek was without any software (nothing was installed on it) tha battery successfully charged. So used the qtek as ussual and tried to charge it before 20%. BUt now it fall again under 20% and it's happening the same, I can't charge it. The other strange think is, that I have tried 5 computers with USB.1 and USB.2 but is didn't help. Only one computer can charget from 0% to 100% and this one is in my work.. very strange and don't know what couse this... Normaly the battery holds power for two and half days, so don't wan't to buy new one now. If anyone has any explanation why it can be charge only with "one computer" or what can that couse, I really appreciate it.
Thank you

I suspect it is charging but perhaps not updating the charge percentage. After an hour the percetage ought to be fairly high - possibly full. I would disconect the usb charger or pc lead and then check level\of charge. Also remember it increases and decreases in 10% intervals - so you will never see figures in between e.g. 21..22..23 etc only 10...20...30 etc.

thanks, i will try it out tonite last night i turned off the phone to charge (well it died on me) so i charged it and let it be
Charging
Charging off USB takes much longer than off of AC. I usually charge off USB only to keep my phone "topped off" during the day at the office.

Very Weird charge problem

Hi All,
I am facing a very weird charging issue. When I plug the HTC HD2 to wall charge the led keeps blinking orange and green and battery shows 100%(When its actually not) when i pull it off the charge i get the original battery reading. Phone is not charging at all. Same thing happens when i connect to PC.
Please help
normally happens if the phone is overheating
the issue was that the pins where battery connects were little bend, once fixed phone started charging. The other issue is that phone is taking almost 4 hours to completely charge. VERY SLOW CHARGE. IS there anything i can do for it ?

Strange charging issue

I have been having issues charging my 16GB DVP, it started last week I plugged the phone in for the night and I know it started to charge but when I woke up in the morning the battery was dead. This happend the second night too. I made sure I had the original cable and plug and it happend the third night.
Thinking the plug might be bad I left it plugged into my USB but it was dead the next morning. The strange thing is if I'm at work I leave it plugged in most of the day and I never have that problem.
Anyone else having this problem?
I have the same problem. I can only charge with my laptop. Will not charge if I plug into wall although the icon says it's charging, it doesn't. And I'm using the factory cable and plug.
Looks like a few people have had this problem.

Are You Having Battery Trouble With Your Windows Phone 7?
Posted by Jason Dunn in "Windows Phone Talk" @ 05:40 PM
Over the past month or two, I've seen scattered reports of people having trouble with their Windows Phone 7 devices related to the battery charging. I haven't had any problems yet, but I don't think this is an isolated incident. Symptoms include:
Connecting your phone via USB to your computer and having the battery drain rather than charge
Connecting your phone via USB to a wall charger and having the battery not charge at all even after hours of being connected
The battery is showing a low power indicator, but if you power off the phone, take out the battery, put it back in, and power up the phone, it will actually be fully charged

Stuck in wakelock after plugging in the charger, until restart

Hi guys so I bought a nexus 6p a month ago and been loving it. I almost have nothing to complain about except this issue.
After using it a few times I've realized that sometimes the battery goes down in less than 2 hours screen on time while sometimes it lasts for about 4 hours screen on time.
After monitoring the battery usage regularly I've noticed that the phone never goes to sleep after plugging in the charger until the phone is restarted every time. So in short I have to restart my phone every time after I charge my phone to prevent wakelock.
While this definitely isn't that serious of an issue its still really annoying and the nature of the issue is really weird because as long as I restart my phone after charging the wakelock never occurs. I've tried uninstalling all the apps, switching off Bluetooth and WiFi but still no luck. I doubt it's app related as it only happens when I plug in my phone to the charger. Does anyone have an idea what's going on and any solution to this?
Thanks in advance
Is this always using the provided wall charger or a 3rd party charger. I've had pretty strange behaviour when u used a cheap USB a-c cable with my car charger, had to buy a decent branded cable in the end.
My phone refused to charge off the wall charger after I used the cheap cable until I did a reboot. It might have caused wakelocks but I stopped using it pretty quickly.
