HEY! for those of you that want a more personalize theme you can cook your own!
Here is de site http:/uot.dakra.lt its really easy! the site has various tools like
>Battery icons
>Status bar
>Lockscreen
>Animations
so many stuff you can do!!! and very intutive too!
At the end you have to upload your own framework-es.apk and if your rom is a ginger one also your SystemUI.apk (those you can find them in the .zip of every rom)
At the summary page just make your order and they will give a pick up number, just download it and flash it!!!! if you cant flash modify your recovery, because all the script problems, although it supports clockworkmod recovery
ENJOY!!

To people above: my guess is that the zip created isn't compatible with your custom recovery.
Best place for support with the UOT kitchen is the official thread, search for UOT kitchen in the Android development and hacking forum here at xda.

One of the .ttf files is comforta but its not one of the main ones. The rest are a font from Ubuntu
http://www.mediafire.com/?7pr1oc61m5b8q
They should work, it's the same META-INF that I used with my flashable themes, and I believed that worked with CWM 3.
thanks mate. will try it some time later!

New UOT feature: "Font packs"
Font packs - do not required uploading files, just select style you want and submit work. You can specify flashing script type in File upload section.

thanks for your help guys... and i thought this rom cooking thing was gonna be a piece of cake... looks like i was wrong
please how to mod a status bar in esiest way
while i have tried using app manager he is asking for adb what is adb
i have installed adb drivers but no response please do yhe needfull
Try uot kitchen, very easy.
Here the site -> http://uot.dakra.lt/
Click kitchen and mod everything you want. Go to the tab that you can upload your systemui.apk and framework-res.apk. Go to summary and submit your work. Click pickup and wait you file appears. Install through recovery. Done.
ADB means Android Debug Bridge. If you're using apk multi-tool or apk manager, it asks for adb. It's very confusing and you may have to set the PATH variable, maybe download the SDK and all that. Use Apktool. I use it all the time for decompiling apks and it's the best for me. You can find the links to download it and the guide here.

U have to replace icons, with original..and the resolution and format should be same..
Example: If the original icon resolution is 48x48 then u should change ur image resolution to 48x48 or near like 52x52 not 200x200 and if the original icon is like Wifi_on.PNG then u have to rename your icon in wifi_on.PNG and then just replace... clear???

kitchen creates the symlinks for you
you only have to edit the mount points that are above the symlinks
compare with other updater scripts for this phone
flash it and you will see if it needs to be changed
