i am trying to add new locales to the original wince.nls file, so i replaced it with a new one but the hopper didnt like that

recenlty I purchased this phone the model is copied from the back of the phone if the batery removed. I have managed to take the raw files (wm6.5 WWE) and create the kitchen. My goal is first to translate it and afterwards to cook the ROM and make it better. But after the extract of the files there are many problems translating it because the manual to translation any rom is a little bit confusing anyone interested to participate or help to the development of this ROm is welcome. I have tried to study also chinese and russian sites on the subject but i got more confused. Maybe because I do not know the language.

Just to let you know I have managed to Translate everything. But I want also to cook things up. Is there anay cooked ROM for dual SIM phone? It could be very usefull.

Hereby i give you Khals MIUI V2 with multilanguages installed. The following languages i was able to put in:
Danish, German, French, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese
Other languages make the ROM not boot, i will look into that later hopefully i can add more languages later. Hope my nandroid works, same method as Khals english version.
When you have changed the language reboot once to get everything in your preffered language!
Camera (i still have problem when recording video it FC's)
Added CameraMoto from Milestone (No HD recording and only 5MP camera)
Added some additional features.

I'm sorry but you need more files.
For framework-res you need:
a folder called values-cs with arrays.xml, plurals.xml (can be missed) and strings.xml
a folder called values-cs-rCS with arrays.xml
For all other apk's you need:
In some cases arrays.xml and strings.xml
In some cases only strings.xml
If anyone who wants their language in this and future ROM's if you can provide this to me i can put them in. Else it will not be possible, because i dont speak that many languages ;-)

Perhaps I ask stupid - can you provide source code or instructions for the translation? I would do a translation, and you add it into the ROM?
And is it possible to adjust ROM so that when I switch the locale cz_cs the text was in English (not Chinese characters!)? Switch on the locale cz_cs need for some programs working with the national environment. Sorry my english.

Alternatively, it could be to use something from this? Plain update does not work, then the phone is dead ...

I will try to add soon, explaining to you how to add languages to apk and framework takes allot of time. You can find allot about it on Google.

i have tried to installed the stk but i doesnt work, so i have installed another one the rom. and the stk doesnt work. I need the stk because i have an dualsim adapter- stange on the english rom from khal its work. do you know who is the problem?

Just install the one from Khals Engish ROM, do not install from UI replace it with Root explorer and reboot.

I am sorry these files are allso not compatible with the framework used in Khals and oyang ROM tried many other files allso do not work. Need files from a Froyo MIUI rom preferably Milestone MIUI Froyo ROM with Czech language not Gingerbread MIUI.

I will bring out a clean version of the MIUI final soon with languages added, and when the final version of khals will comes out on monday i will implement the languages as well.

1. I have (((PATs MIUI 2.1.20 Sense Like Dorimanx)) ROM and I have ((superuser)) installed in it (( so I guess its rooted )) right ??? so i tried the followings:
1.((Browser Arabic Hebrew Patch)) and it didn't work cuz its access was denied
2. tryed to install ((miui-1.8.19_Arabic.RTLFix)) by the ((ClockworkMod))
by (( installing updates from SD )) it caused MIUI

Have you even looked at the ROM's thread? It says, go to this* website, and download the patch for the older ROM.

Wifi issues, on the other hand, can be caused by many different factors.
Such as your router, kernel or even your settings.
But the most common solution is to set up a manual IP Address from Advanced in WiFi Settings.

you can make your own rtl for any miui rom by this instruction :

Hi,I have the same problem to, but I know why!I have in my phone an european rom and the skin is developed for russian and english roms!!
I'm working on it and translated the language.ini file in english,but i need some help for translate the weather script in english otherwise it remains in Russian,then we can create an eu cab and a realy english cab,and not a mixture of English and Russian language!!
I resized all the png files to wqvga for a smaller cab (14Mb),because 34 mb on my device are to big and after installing it,there are no memory for others programs..
So if you are interesting can give some help for developing this skin for english and european users!!!
At last if you don't have this problems,need to install sdcert 2015 at first and then the neo7..
