A problem with my HTC HD2

Hello everyone, I just bought my HD2 yesterday
It's the best device I ever bought, but I encountered alittle problem that I need your guys' help with.
You see i'm from the middle-east, so in the applications menu, there is an application that could localize my phone and change everything into Arabic langauge, that's my problem, I need to change it back to fully english but I don't know how, I tried hard and soft reset, doesn't seem to work...
so please can anyone help me please? and thanks in advance.

You will need to download a WWE rom from the rom section of the forums.

Aha, so do I have to search for "WWE rom" without the need of the version? coz I have ver 1.66 now, and how do I install a rom?
if my questions are already answered I apologize, but I would like to get an answer please ^^

your radio is good, spl is not good.
Download an old but official HTC rom for your HD2.
Flash your Rom with it. Only official ROM can flash back to a lower spl.
After that, hardspl with HSPL 3. Flash the same radio again.
flash magldr
flash wp7

The very first thing to do is get an acctivation code from MS, Before you waste 6hrs putting in the wp7 rom then finding out like some off the other guys that they cannot get a activation code.
Once you have your code (make sure to ask them to email it to you) You can use it 3 times.
Then come back and you will be guide on.

This is exactly the crap thread. You are guys too lazy to go through the forum, search, read the posts and do some homework. Instead of that you are screaming here PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, and you are expecting, that somebody else do the work.
So my advice:
Search, read, try, and then, if you have real problems come here and ask questions...

It will give you every thing you need to get your HD2 flashed prior to WP7 (And always hit the thanks button when you finish downloading from these threads I post to you.)

From a stock,
1) Hard SPL your phone
2) Flash a different radio, preferably 2.15 (is the best I've heard, and I use it)
3) Flash Magldr (I think 1.12)
4) Load the LEO70 rom

I agree with you "homer.web" , Don't expect people to do the searches for you. I assure you most of the links you are seeking are already stickied in HD2 ROM Development section. Members here doesn't give you the step by step guide, but instead they give you the procedures and you should search for the term in the forums !
For HSPL and SPL and what not check the HD2 6.5 ROM Development, for MAGLDR and WP7 ROM and instructions check WP7 Development under WP7.
Members here doesn't make step-by-step guides to be ignored, just go find'em by yourself !

Android installation help.PLEASEEE!

Hey guys, im not really big on technology , but for the last 5 hours i have been trying to get android on my HTC HD2. I have ROM 3.14 and Radio version 2.15. but my SPL is 2.10. If correct i believe I need SPL 3.03? I have no idea as to how to do that. Im new on this site so please forgive me if this post has already been done. Much help would be appreciated.

Im sorry , but i dont know the difference . I think i have been trying to get the SD android.

In that case, you have everything you need. Forget about HSPL. That's only needed if you need to change radio, and you don't.
Just follow the instructions on how to install the Android build that you have downloaded and you'll be up and running.
Android on SD is pretty straight forward - it's just copy, paste and run - so you shouldn't have any problems.

hi please some one help me i am trying to install MDJ's cyanogenmod 7 on my htc hd2 T(mous) when i tried to update Magldr rom but it is not going through it just got struch on updating window it did not even update 1% i think the reason behind it might be my rom being much updated version when compared to what i saw magldr my software details OS version 5.2.21913(21913.5.0.94) ROM 3.14.531.1 (04666) wwe RADIO V- 2.15.50.14, when i tried to update MAGLDR window showed me rom image 2.000000 sometlike thing like this plz suggest me some thing and give the detailed step by step i am new to android buils i am running froyo v1.8 sd version for almost months but its draining my battery in 5 to 6 hrs plz help me out with this i wanna get cyanogenmod 7 badly. thx

my wife has an hd2 that my friend installed a nand rom on. however it has been acting buggy lately and i want to place hyperdroid or Coredroid on it. I looked through noob guide but i did not understand it. Can anyone please take me step by step on how to replace an existing rom with a new one on the hd2??

Hi guys I am using official htc 3.14 ROM in india. And i haven't installed any stock or magldr or any thing else. But this rom sucks and it has removed may features. So if can anyone guide me to older version of rom 1.3 which i had when i unboxed it. If its official than much appreciated. Please help me. Thanx very much.

Hi I've been using various versions of Android on my HD2, recently tried to upgrade and I've ended up back on win 6.5
It's taken me over a week to get that back by trying hspt4 and putting spl 2.08 on, howerver, when this loads anything I press (option 8) I get a message saying that WMP is not installed.
This probably has been reported , but I have looked everywhere

Sorry, mate, I don´t get what you want or need.
Going back from Android to WinMo, the easiest way is the SD card method, imho.
If you need precise answers, you should post precise details and questions, though.

Follow the link in the second posting, you´ll find almost all stock and operator ROMs there. But I am not sure which one is needed for Korea...
