unable to flash bct
Hi, i'm new as a member but follow you since many years.
Thanks for your hard work on our beloved a500!
I don't usually need help on pc but this tablet makes me mad! I bought a g100(liberty tab) 3 years ago, when i saw that it will not receive update, i started to look to do it by myself.
I updated with a official ota rom (4.0.3) as update.zip and all worked properly for a year until one day the tab didn't boot and stuck on acer logo. With patience i downgrade and try to reinstall and have ota ics.
Well, it won't install the damned rom! I bricked it lot of time and recovered with official euus and Timmydean euus. Then tried to flash unlocked bootloader and bricked over and over again, i tried with blackthunder , nvflash manually, afterota.... no way( i swear i follow all posts)! Now i'm on 3.2.1 timmydean rooted. The question is : with my recovery (cwm 1.5) could i install ics and then flash a patched kernel or i must load other recovery(which)? I'm sick of bricking my device again and again and you are my last hope. :crying:

also for those without access to a microsoft windows machine what would you suggest? I have read elsewhere here although I have not been able to find the url that one ought not use JOdin -- some noticed unable to tick requisite boxes.

Thank you for posting the clearest guide possible on how to setup the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Developer Edition.
I have two questions:
1. Is there a clear guide on how to get the device back to stock (including Recovery)?
2. In looking at all the ROMs and breakout of the files is there a guide on the different partitions and how to know what should be done and in what order? I don't want to end up with a Retail version and need to update from the version that it was shipped with NCG to NK2.

You could open a thread in Android Development about it, it's a great rom it will be useful
