my HD2 is NAND flashed and for the most part runs good. But intermittantly the display goes ape **** zooming in and out, jerking, pages changing without input. I reflashed and got the same results. Anyone encounter similar issues out there? Any suggestions?

Just would like to share an experience of mine. I'm currently using Nike ROM V.2.12.707.2 dated 09/22/08.
Ok the weird part is, after installing Manila 2D, seems that the phones reacts faster, i.e. no more stuck while on stylus pressed down (thanks to the touch.dll driver i guess). But the weird part is when i tried playing Video over HTC Album (v2.0_1818.3829.4), it starting to throw me an error :
An unknown error 0X8000FFFF has occurred.
The video would still be playing after that. But the amazing thing is that the animation / movement of everything becomes way smoother! No more lagging!
Wish i could show u guys what i meant, the differences between before the error and after the errors.
Now everytime i reboot my phone, i would purposely play a video for the error to throw out, then the phone becomes extremely smooth.
Maybe you guys can try it out and see what i mean. Funny, wish someone could figure out what's happening and make it a permanent smoothness solution for Touch Dual.
Hi guys, I have a serious and annoying problem with my phone. I have flashed it couple of times with different ROMs I executed successfully Task29 and nothing made things better. The problem happens several display turn-offs after flash (it works fine right after the flash) then when I touch the screen it register the touch about a santimetre or two above the point I touched. Another issue is that it is not very fast (I am currently with the Energy ROM), i saw a video in youtube where the movements are very smooth and fast. What do you think I should do ?

i was using inparisv4 i have been getting the odd little graphical glitch,
At first its just a small; a flash here and there, but recently the entire screen has be glitching for about 30 seconds at a time (Full on like a no signal telly)
Searched in the forum, and a few people had the prob when flashing the touchwiz interface. they solved it by flashing to samsung ota and then back again.
I tried that i thought it was fixed but a noticed small glitches just once.
Anybody know whats causing it?

Screen Glitching
I had a new "re-furbed" tab that within the first 30min of use exhibited this. Then the screen went dark and it never booted again. I believe that this is hardware related, and from what I could tell from my research, it happens on stock as well as rooted tabs. I sent mine back to get another "new" one, and hope that I do not have this problem again as the tab is exactly what I was looking for.
I just want to gauge the performance I'm experiencing off against other.
I recently put the Daedle Build with the 2.6 kernal
For me, there are some intermittent freezes. Sometimes when in the app list but often from the front screen. I've almost the same apps as I did when I was on another ICS
Is anyone using this setup and if so, how are you finding it?

I've read a few boards on this issue on other forums, but I haven't seen it on xda yet (and none of the other boards have answers yet that I see)
So, when I've been using my phone for a while (Gaming or web browsing mostly) and it builds up a little heat I get really sporadic touch screen behavior. At first I just passed it off as a software issue, but now I'm running Mahdi 4.4.2 and the issue still happens.
Basically the phone acts as if I'm tapping the screen really fast in the general area of where I actually intend to touch. This leads to browser zooming, page scrolling, involuntary input in games, and all kinds of other nonsense.
Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone has found the culprit and a way to fix this.
Also: I'm on my third one behind this issue
