Every time I try to access the CyanogenMod Settings on nightly 152, I get a force close. So far, it's the only force close I've gotten.
Anyone else?

Try reflashing and make sure you wipe the Davlik cache....
Have you tried fixing permissions?

On two different roms that I've tried now (Fresh and DC 2.06) after a bit, clicking "Manage Applications" causes the Settings app to crash. How do I stop this? It's driving me crazy!

Did you do a wipe before flashing the ROMs?
Yep, wipe/factory reset, and wipe sd:ext.

Wipe Dalvik cache too and try again. I'm not having those issues, and that's how I did it.
Edit: I'd rewipe everything, then reflash, honestly.

FWIW, I wipe everything before flashing any new or updated rom. I rarely have gotten more than 2 operations out of "manage applications" (ie. clear data, force close) before the applications menu fc's. It's gotten a little better with adjusting the minfree settings down a bit but it hasn't happened since regawmod 2.0.2p
I did wipe everything, dalvik included.
@Nebenezer, not sure what you're saying...I'm new to all this.
Bump
and also, if I went back to the stock Sprint RUU ROM, would facebook sync work? Or is this a problem across the board and unrelated to the ROM?
I have the same issue, running Fresh 2.0d and Manage Applications FC's. Did a complete wipe prior to flashing and it worked before... Maybe something to do wits amount of installed apps or apps2sd?

No, it would not. This is a BUG THAT HTC NEEDS TO FIX BEFORE RELEASING
I used an uninstall app to remove things. BTW I cleared my Dalvik Cache and problem was solved.
OK so I went from having force closing problems to wifi problems and now it's market problems I'm slowly getting better at this. So when I want to download something on the market it starts, downloads to 10 percent and just stops and I have no idea. This happens almost every 5 or so downloads and I once cleared cache an it worked for just one application and that's it. Thanks for your help guys

[Q] marketplace not working
as of today my android marketplace hasnt worked... i click an app to download and install and it starts the download then the thing just disappears from my notification bar and it never actually installs on my device. ive tried this on several different apps, including some that i have downloaded before but decided to uninstall, yet the problem remains. im running cm7 nighty #35 if thats any help. can anyone explain whats up?
First thing I would try is to clear Market cache by going to Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Scroll down to Market, select Force Stop then Clear cache, and try downloading the app again.
yeah i had tried that. but no luck, it didnt work. i guess maybe itll fix itself when i update my rom. i dont know
Drum doesn't work did that already I think it's the rom maybe they will fix it soon...

I was having an issue with it as well (but i'm on cm7, if it makes a diff). I did the clear cache/stop updates method which worked great the first time. Then the issue happened again, i cleared cache and rebooted, worked fine. THEN i had the issue again, (but i noticed it seems to have happened after using the clean feature in sd maid). Removed sd maid, cleared cache, havent had a problem since.
Hi, everybody.
My device keeps always Force Closing the LG Keyboard.
It's LG P700 V10K Rooted with Deodex CWM Flashable running.
I've already flashed the WiFi Fix and the Keyboard Fix. It also recomends that if the LG Key start force closing, I should run the Fix Permission throught the recovery. Yet it stills force closing.
What should I do?
Try flashing the keyboard fix again and then wiping your cache and dalvik cache.

I'll try it!
But, as I'm not a well known of programming, what does wiping the cache do?

Running nightlies on Sprint GS4. Been happening on multiple nightlies going back for some time. Currently running 6/18 Nightly
Voicemail crashes every time I try to open it with the 'Blame Split Screen' message. Cleared data and forced stopped. When I started again I got the 9016 text saying vm successfully provisioned, but it still crashes. Sometimes it says up long enough for me to see the message about verifying your account
Calls are going to VM and I get the //ANDROID text when a VM is left.
Doesn't seem to matter whether WiFi or hotspot are off/on.

Always wipe cache & dalvik when flashing nitelies - doesn't fix the problem.
This weekend I went all the way and factory reset and flashed new nightly and 4.4 Gapps - still broken
