All we need is sources of the touch chip driver and rest devs like z will do.

And how do you think we can install the driver(s) with a locked bootloader?
If I am not mistaken, we just need the bootloader to be opened and we can install the drivers. Also, I think he said, somewhere in this forum, he has found the driver but then again, he can't test it as the bootloader is locked.

If you read carefully Gingerbread is a Nexus exclusive..
The Legend will get its own version called "BlackCat" made originally for the black Legend..
It will take the Legend to a whole new level

I had a crack at putting the Gingerbread ROM found in the SDK on the Legend. It boot looped, something to do with audio. I'll try again another time. I don't think it's worth it though.

I myself am not developing, but I hear word of the ROM coming into commerical use in under a month, One of my friends who I worked on 'Cydia' (For Apple Devices) with has decided to port this ROM as soon as he has grasp of it, he will then post it on the forum.
Is it fully working or are there any big issues in that rom?

Lool! xD The wait is the worst part. How are you going to install it? Just flashing it with CWM Recovery? Or you need to do other stuff (like changing the bootloader or something)?

I may be slow, but i just found out that multiupload.nl is back, so that developers may use it again, if they want to risk them shutting down again that is.

I wouldn´t do that. That is not your work and cannot use it and publish it. WHAT U HAVE TO UNDERSTAND, is that the Hack Kit is not discontinued, but posted in attn1's web sit. attn1 is done with XDA and so the decision of moving out. You have to respect people's decisions.
