CM7 Browser issue....

whenever i try to download a file of the default browser in cm7 it seems about half of them are unsuccessful. i also have this problem when downloading apps from the market. and after using gingersense for a couple days i didnt have the problem once, so i assume its a cm issue and i wanna fix it.
I also have this problem, downloads are almost everytime unsuccesfull.
The market works just fine.
Clear data and cache on an app called downloads or download manager under settings : applications. If you don't have the option use titanium backup to do it. Then reboot. Should be fixed after that

I only tried with youtube, these other apps I dont will use and dont try with these. and I uninstalled it, these apps appears like youtube app in titanium backup
edit: I tried install google voice and google earth and no problem for me
I had a same problem on my Nexus S, what I did was, I navigated to /system/app/ folder on my phone with ES File Explorer, found the YouTube.apk and reinstalled it from there!
PS. Android Market and my phone showed the application as installed, and all options were greyed out (Open, Install, Uninstall)!
I fixed it with ep file explorer. Fix the youtube app
But still have problems with voice recorder thinkfree office and others that wont install and show up in my menu.

I had to do this several times because it kept getting messed up. Couldn't uninstall it normally but it didn't open.

Try downloading an uninstaller app from the market.

What is that? Can you give me a name of one?

I cannot uninstall it with a free app. Google vpice or thinkfree are not even visible.
I can only see these apk files with ep file.explorer

My odd solution:
-Download GApps from Rom Manager...or wherever
-Flash GApps via recovery
-Reboot (Still no YouTube...)
-Go to Market
-Re-install Youtube from Market
When my YouTube "disappeared", it "appeared" in the Market as installed but the Open and Unistall buttons were greyed out. The icon in the drawer and the widget option were both gone.
I don't have that Think Free Office icon either in the apps drawer, but the TFO is installed in my phone. I was little bit confused about that thing, but now I see it's a common issue...?
I find it in xoom forum, thought it might help
If you have had a problem with the missing YouTube and/or Google Books applications, we have a workaround you can try.
Connect to WiFi network. (So far it looks like only WiFi Xooms have had this issue. Let me know if you have this on a Verizon Xoom.)
Go into Settings > Applications > Manage Applications
Go to the "All" tab and then scroll down and select "Google Partner Setup."
Clear Data.
Reboot your Xoom. (That is, turn it off and on.)
If this doesn't work, perform a factory reset (Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset) and try the sequence above again.
Please let me know how if this works for you.

You try renaming the tv your trying to connect to or add it again with a different name? Edit tv's in the YouTube settings.

[Q] Group Play won't update on GS3

I recently updated my Galaxy S3 to 4.3 and was trying out Group Play. When I open the app it gives me a message saying I need to update the app and when I click "install" I get a box saying "Currently unable to download. Please try again later." Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
Hello, Just try this app for the time being
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avrapps.chorus
Turn your phones into a makeshift speaker! Play songs on multiple phones at the SAME TIME (Similar to Group Play on S4). Lose yourself in the music, the moment you own it.

Thanks. But has anyone got an idea how to fix this?

By trying later .
By uninstalling from Play and reinstall .
By asking in the correct forum you are more likely to get an answer ..Use the report button and ask a mod to move to the correct section .
