Hey I just wanted to check to see if anyone else has had this problem. I have been using the 2.2.3 mysense leak and my bluetooth has stopped turning on. When I try to start it in the wireless settings it'll go grey and say "Turning on..." then after about 20sec goes back to the original unchecked box. I tried to switch roms to cm7 to see if that may be the issue but its doing the same thing. Also I updated my radio from 12.55.60.25_26.09.04.26 to 12.58.60.25_26.11.04.03 but still have the same problem.
Any help is welcomed thanks guys!

try going back to the stock radio and see if that helps
Thanks for the help hun! My only question about that is since I am using the 2.3.3 mysense leak as my rom wouldn't the original radio conflict with the rom? Wouldn't that radio only be for 2.2? Thanks again!

I'm having a problem with having both bluetooth and the wifi being on while running Virtuous Fusion ROM > 1.0.1. If WiFi is on and once bluetooth is turned on, wifi continues to work for maybe 5 minutes and then wifi shows to be connected, but it won't transmit any data. Once I turn bluetooth off and turn wifi off and then just turn the wifi back on, wifi works.
I don't have this problem with v1.0.1 of the ROM, but I've tried every newer version (doing a full wipe or doing an upgrade, tried both) and all of the revisions have this problem for me.
I'm a new member so the forums don't allow for me to post this as reply to the ROM thread in the development forum. Can someone help me, or at least repost this as a reply in the Virtuous Fusion ROM thread?
Thanks.
which version are you using i am also using that sense rom v1.0.6 and wifi and bluetooth work fine
I've tried every version, except 1.0.6, but the changes made from .5 to .6 don't sound like they're going to make a difference.
Maybe it is something with my phone, but I've done a full wipe through clockwork recovery with every version and I keep having the problem. The only version that works is 1.0.1.

my last try would be to completely wipe data, cache, and cache partition and reinstall the newest version...if not it could be your kernel perhaps

I've done all that and tried a different kernel, same problem. This is why perhaps I think it might be a bug in the ROM code.
their might be...not all phones react the same to roms but hopefully that bug can be fixed so you can enjoy ur Fusion rom
I had this problem as well. I thought it was caused by an app called "In-app Wifi Toggle" that somehow got backed up by Titanium from my previous ROM, which I restored onto this ROM without thinking. When I uninstalled it, Wifi was working fine.

I tried looking for this app on my phone and it wasn't there, thanks though...
I'm pretty sure that's just a know bug with that Rom. Same with my phone.

Really? I searched the ROM thread and couldn't really find a mention of it...
I am having some difficulties along these lines but not directly effecting bluetooth use, Wifi just cuts in and out even with me being right next to my router. I dont use bluetooth so I cant really recreate the problem to try and find a suitable solution.
My wifi problem might be because I am using 1.0.5 though so updating right now
Why the hell does my X5 does not like 2.3.5??
In all ROMs 2.3.5 it does reboot every time I turn the wifi on.
Does anyone have an explanation for this??
Is anyone else having the same problem??
Thanks

If it happens on all ROMs, then I guess the hardware is the problem. Go back to the store and get a new one.
It only happens in 2.3.5 ROMs!
In the ROM's 2.2 everything works perfect.
This isn't a support forum, you can ask that stuff in the General section.
I think this is because of drivers. Your wi-fi maybe is different then other s so it craches all system.
I think you may try this http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3643395/how-to-get-android-crash-logs to read crash log and maybe you'll finduout what's it problem and then maybe some dev will fix this.
The moderating team can erase this topic, I moved it to the section:
"General U8800 Ideos X5"

Try going back to an older version of the ROM you are using, or if you know how to use ADB try it that way, but what you need to do is delete the folder '/data/misc'.
THen flash the ROM again and it should work .

Try upgrading the Stock Rom first, perhaps B138 and then go for Oxygen/CM7/Miui... The latest Stock Roms have updated drivers and which 2.3.5 framework needs.

first of all the tab ''wifi'' is like hide. Each time i tried to turn from disable to unable, the status bar turn immediately to disable.
I'm not sure if I got you, but try to enable wifi from settings rather than from the status bar. And it's probably the region thing, so you can try "WiFix" app and see if it fixes the issue.

ok i will try later and i will inform you. Thanks
This problem happens when you choose tytung-ics-r3.5 kernel, if you choose the others kernel i mean securecrt kernel, this problem will go.
Alright first i want to say sorry for this being my second post in this section.
Down to the problem, i cant seem to get WiFi to work (turns on but wont scan or connect).
I have tried flashing the newest weekly build and reverted back to stable after that didn't work either, but when i tried my backup of cm10 (wich i was using before SlimKat) it worked perfectly fine.
Any suggestions?
I have the newest version of stable SlimKat for d2spr.
My phone is (obviously) d2spr
Thanks guys!

GS3 Sprint Running Slim 4.4.2 build 3-OFFICIAL-3060
I had the same problem once - only full wipe and reflash helped me to get wifi working again
