I got another problem... I let my atrix's battery deplete and then charged it. I didn't see the big battery that comes up when the phone is off and charging.. it just sits there with the Motorola symbol and unlocked in the top left until a battery pull. I rooted using preinstall and have an unlocked bootloader. Any solutions?

Is it the OEM battery? If not most aftermarket batteries not made for 2.2 and above will not work. If it is the origiinal battery, take the phone back to Verizon.
Hello. Last two times I have had a very wrong percentage showing on the lock screen when charging my tablet. Yesterday my lockscreen showed 19% with the charger attached. When I unplugged it my tablet jumped to 98%. Anyone else having this behavior when charging? My tablet is updated with 1.139.05_COM_GEN1.

I think I've seen similar behaviour once, don't remember the numbers but before unplugging the battery % was low, and after unplugging it jumped to full.
As far as I know, when you plug in the charger and screen off the machine. After charging for some times, when you turn on the screen, you need to wait a 'certain period of time' to let the tablet refresh the correct battery % & display to you.
Agree, I think everyone have the same problem. The most accurate is the light indicator of power button. Red mean charging and white mean full charged. Sometime white light indicator but logon screen show charging with percentage. It's because it haven't update yet.

I have Bell stock 2.3.4 on my atrix. I noticed that my fully charged battery drops from 4194mV to 4124mV incidently when I unplug my phone. It still says 100% though… I have been using Battery Calibration app from the market. Is this normal?

Nothing to worry about. Basically the charger was keeping the phone fully charged and when you unplugged it the phone started using the battery.
my phone does that too.. except it doesnt stay at 100%. it immediately goes to 99% right after i unplug it.

That's a mechanism the phone has that prevents overcharging, it's actually a good thing.

Yeah, it is normal. My AT&T Atrix drops to 4169mV from 4200mV when unplugged.

Everyday my battery icon turns gray and a little exclamation mark comes out. When I plug the charger in it just blinks and after a while it begins to charge. Could it be a bad battery?

I'm rooted. My battery I guess has been fine. It dies quick though. I think I need a new battery... In every Rom I use I end up with the same thing.

I have seen this happen, however, its usually when my phone is plugged in. You see, I have 2 mt4g phones. I leave one plugged in, and when the battery gets low on the one I am using I will go to the one that is plugged in, and remove the battery to switch them, and while the phone is still plugged in, that grey icon will appear. I know it sounds weird but if I remove the battery from my phone while its plugged in, it stays on with that icon you are talking about. So possibly you may have a bad connection with your battery and phone.

Might be your charger but check your battery for bumps in the center if it has a bump its your battery

I've noticed lately that my battery has been draining pretty quickly, but I've since chalked that up to an old battery that just needs replacement. But I noticed today that my battery ran out and my phone shutdown, but I went to charge it and immediately turned it back on and noticed that it read 50% charged. What is happening here?

As you already changed the Battery, I assume you'd have done calibration as well. If not, please consider doing it.
I have the same problem but I suspect that is because of battery, I'll be changing that soon and will write back

To get the best life out of a charge, flash a ROM on a full charge and then let the battery die and fully recharge it.
