Hello community,
in the next days i am for holidays in america and i am very intrested in an motorola atrix. The atrix is in america very cheap if i compare the prices in america with the prices here in germany but i need the german system language.
So my question is if it´s possible to flash an european firmware(with german language support) on an american atrix?
An answer would be nice.
I have Unlocked the BootLoader of my AT&T Atrix and then flashed Cherryblur, that is based on a french firmware , and now I have Italian language. It should not be different for german.
Ciao
Andrea

Hi,
I recently purchased my new HTC Desire HD from MobiCity (an Australian company) and received it yesterday.
I note that the only Locales available on my phone are:
English (Bahrain)
English (Jordan)
English (Kuwait)
English (Lebanon)
English (Qatar)
I would like to know how to select English (Australia). I assume I have to load something but not sure how to do it. I have found the keyboard predictive text is not as accurate as my Hero and I assume it's because of the Language pack. The prices in the marketplace are also not set to AUD.
I have been able to download MoreLocale2 from the market to select Australia, but it seems weird I need to install an app just to use the correct language.
I would like to be able to select from English (Australia), English (United States) and English (United Kingdom).
Regards
Kev

Ask them why are they selling a Middle East Asia version of the phone. For example i bought a Central European version (because i live in Central Europe ), so i have English in following versions - Czech, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia. In short - you need a australian version of the phone to have English (Australia).

I suspected that may be the issue.
I have lodged a support ticket with MobiCity, but I suspect they will not be that helpful. I was hoping there would be a ROM on HTC Australia site that I could use to flash the phone, but alas, no luck there either.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=824357 ?
Do I need all the files or one in particular ?
Are these Stock HTC ROM's ? My phone is 2 days old, I don't want to brick it.
Well, you should ask in that thread, or the uploader . But that is probably what you want.
a question for the owners of motorola bravo. for the unlocked version, what languages are available for the system and the sms? there is the italian language?
Hi, I have purchase a galaxy note 3 for family in france, however, they've told me that there's no french language for some odd reason. is there no way I can add the french language to the phone without rooting or installing a custom rom?
thanks in advance.

unless you bought some weird Chinese version, french should be there...
there is no way to add a language for the interface... the only thing you can do is flash an other rom that has the correct language.
Did you buy the phone in Iraq? On the EU model, there's French.

Evidently, since European and EU are the same thing... EU = European Union.

Evidently, I added North-American... and I know that EU = European Union... I don't live under a rock!
Anyway... I should say Americas version (for South, Central and North America).
I have a Note 3 from Trinidad and Tobago... and French is there.
Hi,
Is there a chance to install new languages in Android 2.3.7 (ZTE V768 T-Mobile Concord) ?
Brought this phone back from an US trip and got the unlock code from T-Mobile USA (Walmart FamilyMobile)
Now I want to get some more languages and maybe keyboard locales installed because it currently just supports English and Spanish plus additional French as keyboard input language. The phone is rooted and if that questions should go into a different forum just let me know.
Thanks !

Hi, I have the SM-G900M model, which i purchased from the US.
The original 4.4.2 rom does not have Hebrew built in as a system language.
There are a few official updates for this device, from different countries: Brazil, Argentina, Trinidad and Tobago etc.
I need to know which one should have Hebrew built in as a system language, i am not talking about Keyboard language, i am talking about whole system language.
I thank kindly to anyone who can assist me, i want to save myself days of work flashing all of the roms.
Thank you!
