HeLauncher2 includes the Motoblur launcher. I haven't used it personally, but it might be worth checking out. It's in the market:

I like most the ui I don't care for the messaging app or the default launcher. I use Adw launcher and handcent messaging app, I think it's better then sense ui god I hate sense.

Get a new launcher. You can't edit the number of homescreens on the stock launcher.

Hi I got my Nexus 7 on 29 sep. A few days ago I started using Apex Launcher as its a great alternative to the default launcher. Anyways, yesterday I was just getting some general lag on everything, I was wondering if it had anything to do with Apex, I use a custom drawer interface and I only have one page. I'm new to this forum and it would be great if you replied. Thanks, Charlie

I have to admit, I used to use Apex on my S2 and found it a bit laggy at times. I decided to remove it and then everything was fine. Can't prove it but removing it worked for me. I haven't used another Launcher on a device since.

Install apex launcher or nova launcher from the play store.

apex launcher from the store works its the only way i've found so far it's also good for lots of other tweaks
