I am agog if data will drop or not
Ganna tell you in the next days
€dit:
OK gonna removing this after testing 30 minutes
2x Backscreen
2x cant install app that i need
ok now waiting for better one
if im gonna change kernel to hastarin 7.7, mobile data gonna still working?
thank you
wifi tether?
gave it a test but it doesnt seem to work just kept giving me a force close error
restarted it and still nothing other than that works great i need a good build w/o sense =]
My experience with this build so far negative. Robotic voice and Black Screen in just 3 min of use. (stock 3.14 WM with stock 2.15 radio) After MDJ's revolution V2.3 with r7.7 this one looks like it need some work on stability. I was checking it because of 5mA promise. Disappointed a bit.

Try run Superuser first =)
Because that program need root =)
only thing i've ran into so far is not being able to download paid/protected apps from the market
Wow!! So many negative comments lol.
Anyway, download and installed last nite and so far i'm quite impressed with the data. Usually on all builds I've flashed, data is guaranteed to drop after couple of hours of installing, but since yesterday its been cool.
Only problem so far is that when it wakes up from sleep, I can see the screen, but then screen goes blank immediately for few seconds.Have to keep trying to wake it up.
But no thanks, good build.
Works good so far. Thx!
If the screen goes black put it under a bright lightbulb and then turn off auto brightness, how us 3g for real? Anybody? I'm so wanna test this if 3g is stable!

Listen dont use android with the stock WM.
Download a custom WM ROM most of them are android compatible
YOU'LL HAVE NO ISSUES . I promise
Hi there, i flashed some hours ago the JVR Rom stock + SpeedMod K15I-T2 (frist CF-ROOT to have the root and then SpeedMod) + Tiny Modifications by $omator
Now, the browser is strange: when I scroll down, there is no animation and the browser brings me under the page. How to solve this?
I also installed this, but it does not change nothing!
I remember that the ROM is stock and OXEDED
Thanks
PS: There are also some problems with icons in the notification bar (only with the browser)
150 views, 0 replies: thank you guys!
I think this question need to be placed in Q&A don't u think?
Second thing, I haven't tried the JVR yet, but as far as i heard the browsing there suppose to be great.
You can flash the stock JVR back without the addons that u mentioned, and if the problem no longer exists, i would conclude that those addons ****ed your browser.
ive posted a fix for this check customization section bottom =)
as for the browser lag, author of the reverse enginering tool we use replied in issue tracker of his tool/got the data he asked for so maybe soon we will se updated version of his tools = no more browser lag

Thank you $omator!
it is temporaty fixed for jvr but the proper tool fix is upcoming
but lagfree browser is already aviable =)
I don't know about the stock browser, I don't use it, albeit I use my smartphone 75% for browsing.
Use Opera Mobile and save on two major things: speed and oled screen life. Opera uses own rendering engine (unlike Dolphin and Co), has Opera Turbo feature for compressing the pictures on pages (saves on speed and data usages), and has the option to hide the status bar. Like I said before, browsing heavily for several months on stock browser got me a beautiful screen retention where the status bar is, especially on the time, battey and signal zone.
PS: Also on JVR.

Yesterday, I installed Cyanogenmod on my Blade, but I don't like it very much, because in menus or in homescreens I get lag. I have CM 7.1 via ROM Manager installed.
On the internet, forums, I read that CM 7.1 is very smooth. On youtube is great, but on my phone is very laggy.I have no lag in applications, only in menus or homescreens.
There is a confiuration that makes CM work smooth ( without overclock )?
try launcher pro or any other launcher it might solve the problem
and please report hows the battery on cm7.1
i tried Launcher Pro.It reduces lag, but is still laggy. What can i say about battery is that is better than 2.3.5 OS.

hows it compared to stock 2.2
try reducing animations and not using a live wallpaper
CM 7.1 is the best ROM for games and applications so is muuuuch better than 2.2, but 2.2 looks more smoothly than CM (al least for me) .
About Live Wallpaper...i didn't use one.
Use the latest nightly build.
Then tap on settings > cyanogenmod settings >performance, make sure that 'use 16bit transparency' is selected.
You can overclock it too.
I'm afraid about overclocking, but i will try with "16 bit transparency" .Thank you!
It works great! Now, it feels realy smoothy. Thank you!

Overclocking is not something to be afraid of. Just overclock it in smaller steps, try one setting for a while and if everything is ok and you don't experience any random reboots or hangups, you can set it higher. Most blades are able to handle clock frequencies up to ~700. Mine is stable at 691, others at 710 where I start to get reboots when writing messages or browsing the net etc. When testing how much your blade can handle, just remember not to tick the "Set on boot". When you find a setting that is stable, then it's safe to set it at boot also.
Hey guys! this is my first post on XDA and i have been using kyriloos v9.5 since pretty much tym and i thought i should give a try to something new!! i was really excited about Tom3q's FIMG 3DSE for the Galaxy 3! so i put CM7 alpha 8!
Advantages:
> Customizable Interface!(a major asset!!)
>Smooth Interface
>Nice music widget
>cool looking UI
>Performance tweaks
>A better benchmark(compared to stock) without any additional apps and without updating tweks (comes to 1177)
>camera is fine
>bluetooth works
>cwm works like charm
>1 ghz and stable
>no automatic switching off yet
>apps got to sd
>have 168 mb free internal memory when installed on partition
>i like the msging interface
now these are the good things but believe me i was more happy with Kyrillos rom v9.5
disadvantages:
>no video recording
>can notice pixels at areas where i never saw before
>some kinda glitches with the google apps that worked fine earlier
>no improvement in graphics even with FIMG 3DSE
>Angry Birds space has even more white patches than it had before
>i had many more options in Kyrillos when i keep the power button pressed
>and will update more soon
Stock Antutu Benchmark : 938
Kyrillos Antutu Benchmark : 1135
CM7 Antutu Benchmark : 1137
my advice : dont install cm7 now! wait for all the bugs to get cleared!! im sure cm7 can do much better!!

imo: it's an alpha version! It has MANY MANY mopre configuration since u have the "CyanogenMod Settings" and all the apps that support CM only(!) And basically with a few fixes (init.d script of kyrillos etc...) Cm7 is a BEAST compared to froyo!
Thank you for your response

i never said that cm7 does not have these!! my point is that it would be better to install it after the final version releases!! cm7 works much more better on phones like galaxy ace!! i would love to run an absolutely awesome final version of cm7 on my phone!! but until then im for kyrillos!! no offence!!!
Data network mode
i know that but it still misses the data network mode for which i need to go all over to the settings menu and do it!! i found it more comfortable in kyrillos!!
In CM7, you can get the data network mode in the notification bar itself or the power control widget. Go to CM Settings > Interface > Notification power widget > Widget buttons > Here you can choose whatever you want (Mobile data, in your case).
In fact this is better because you don't need to use your hard keys.
Thanks

Best is to flash full latest Wanamlite <rom and the check results. Not ONLY the kernel!
I wish you it is not HW related. Have a camspeed test (free app at playstore).
Do you have HDR on, if so turn it off. HDR needs 3 exposures (think of it as 3 shots) ; it WILL therefore lag.

nope is the Auto mode only.
i guess is something to do with the memory hogging , making the cam app to open bit slow
few times i tried to clear memory open it would open fast ...
but need some more better solution
I have the same problem, anything that related to the camera app like flashlight apps get my phone stuck
and need a lot of time to open,
I have the last Wanamlite version (1.8) with ADAM KERNAL.
someone can help me?
I tried many things also updated new firmware
Also tried ...wamma lite rom,
Crash rom
But still getting it ...
So now usually use task killer widget and clear all memomry before opening the camera app
And it opens in a jiffy ..no issue
Try tht if it help

I also got this issue with the ram memory when it is very low (less than 100Mb free) camera doesn't either fully start!!!
Then I rebooted got a full 1Gb free and a perfect camera back!
RAm management is not really perfect on this device!
