I just updated Rom manager and noticed that there are now 2 backup options for us....the 2nd is called Droid X (2nd-unit). Anyone have any idea what its for? I looked at the changelog, but it didn't say anything about it

Extract it from your rom package and pust it into system\app using root explorer
haven't got any Rom file. just using stock Rom .. rooted

Ginberbreak is outdated in rooting the X.
Pete's Motorola Root Tools can be used to root the latest OTA.

Droid 3 One click root is what I use for DX, on 602 or 605 builds.
