The first official release just came out for China. I'd guess it'll start rolling out in the rest of the world in the next 2-3(ish) weeks. I wasn't being an ass in my last post, the forum's really strict on warez and such.

I'm used it too. Great App (for Android 3.0 and above only).
It is very very useful with stylus. I recomend everyone to download it or buy and try if you have ICS 4.0.3 =)

Ive just installed it fine on my rooted Note.

If I try and watch a channel it gives me an error. I don't see the point in disabling it for rooted phones. Screw you sky!!!!

I believe on cm9 it gives you the option to temporarily disable root.
Might come in handy?
also you need to make sure your boot.img is secure eg
ro.secure=1 in /default.prop

Eyebee is the person who gave all the note users the hope that we can use the multi window mode on our original note. He motivated us in times when it was not official from samsung that we will get this feature.
