PRC phones are usually (or perhaps, always) CDMA, so there might be some issues there if you are on GSM.

In China, there are 3 carriers:
1. China Mobile: GSM/TD-SCDMA
2. China Unicom: GSM/WCDMA
3. China Telecom: CDMA/EVDO
This firmware is for China Unicom.

In China, Galaxy S II I9100 just launched a few days ago (2 months later after UK launch). This firmware obviously released for the launch.
Related
This Firmware is stock and does not increase the custom binary counter.
It is not rooted.
It will not delete anything if you flash it over stock GB or ICS firmwares (it's non-wipe).
You can safely upgrade from your existing samsung firmware using this version.

No it will not increase your counter. It is stock. Yes, you can use Mobile Odin.
Although I haven't tried it myself.

Mobile Odin won't increase the binary counter.
Only flashing insecure kernels (such as CF-Root) with Odin will increase the counter.
But on ICS, you can use TriangleAway app from Chainfire to remove the yellow triangle and reset the counter.
So, no reason to be worried !

I`ve been running it for a few hours and so for everything is above great!
I think it's a good ROM. I tried it for 5 days with Phenomenal 5.4 medium, have great battery life and responsivness. Only one time I had a crash with google maps, and I had to restart phone by remove battery. I'm still disappointed with google chrome performance... Is mine or on GSII it doesn't run good?

Nope. You can use Check Fus to download it directly from Samsung server.
Showed up on Kies tonight, but I haven't installed it yet.
4.03 is smooth for me. I'll let some others test drive it before I update it.
I don't wipe or restore or anything that would trigger the brick bug, so 4.03 is ok for now.

Wrong place for questions like this, it is a official release, stock, unrooted, unchanged.
You should ask your question in Custom Rom threads or in the Modding corner.

Because simply deodexing a stock Rom isn't worth to be called development.
Building Custom Roms isn't development at all - that's why the "original" forums were created.
If I make "stupid" deodexed, rooted Roms for a new release where there are no plans to change something I'll post them in the related General forum thread.

of course: samsung solved the helium-waste-problem, so you'll get a new hydrogen-fusion based battery mode. And because of that the CPU doesn't need to do the normal battery optimizations anymore and so Android will be much faster because the CPU can react instantly.

Is that for real,BTW any way to update via odin?
Coming from xxlt4 I did a full wipe in philz recovery and flashed the rom with pc odin. After that I rooted with philz LT4 kernel. Noticed nothing new and no problems so far, except lockscreen shortcuts are now enabled by default (I did not change CSC).

There is no chance to make any statements on battery life before you finished 2 or 3 charging cycles. Give it a try, you can directly flash the sammobile file via pc odin.

Yeah downloading it now ,Hope it goes good.Do i need to do a factory reset or not since i have many apps installed and it is really a pain to download them all again?
Made a deodexed version already. Will add download links later from home. And if there is "need" for it: a slim version with removed bloatware.
Just installed the deodexed version on top of XXLT4 as no-wipe.
Working with latest PhilZ Kernel 5.x for LT4. No problem. Usual bloatware.
Will make a slim version at home. Links in the afternoon.
There is need for slim one...
can't wait
