Floyo is the stablest rom i think hehe...
first, define stable.
almost all custom rom is stable in my understanding.
but if you mean bugless.. none.
everybody always found something to complaint..
Racht's Floyo, or Froyobread... Both of them are very stable and fast...

floyo 1.0 the best rom avalible rachts roms are awesome
This is just my request to the dev who is expert in making ICS Rom.. here is good change of ICS ELEGENCIA ... JUS VISIT THIS URL and you will find them all http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1444235 I love to see this Rom on my hD2..

My friend maybe you had to make this thread at Q&A Thread But anyway for sense ROMs If you like NativeSD ROM Then This Is The Best Desire ROM ... But If You want a DesireHD ROM ( Great Performance and stable also has good support for HD games of gameloft ) Then I think this is the best ... ( NOTE : In These ROMs Every Thing works and they are great , as I have tried , that's just the reason i recommend them ... )

I don't know why you looking for sense rom, just install 3D flip clock on any best rom.
Is there any rom (latest version) for S4 which doesn't have any bugs or little bugs? Camera should work fine. Etc

Read about the ROMS yourself. Research youself. Everything is to be done by you and see whats suits you the most.
Each dev have something unique in their rom, so take the pain and do something youself.
Nothing in this world comes without a little pain in the a$$.
