[Q] TF not waking up after screen timeout - Eee Pad Transformer General

i've been having this prob lately. after screen timeout, i cannot wake up tf again using quick press on the power button or hitting the rightmost top button on the dock. the only way to get the screen lighting up again is by hard pressing the power button for maybe 10 seconds, as if i am booting it up again. any apps that manages sleep/wake up button? i had an archos 101 before and i remember it had "deep sleep", "power off", "restart" etc. options when the power button is pressed. why doesn't my tf have this?

U running stock rom? Unrooted?

i'm using stock rom

Wake the Blackstone without using the power button

i was thinking is there any other way to wake blackstone from sleep mode, without pressing the power button. MAYBE the vol button or the 4 buttons at the bottom. Repeated pressing of the power bottom may cause the power to be spoil one day
what about pulling out the stylus? many locking and rotating apps have this option
Pluging to power wake it up.

[Help]Turning the display on/Lock hardware button

Guys wanna ask something..
Pressing the power button turns of the display, will pressing the other buttons (Call, home, Back, windows) bring the screen beack on?
I just realized mine is like this.
Can i lock the other buttons so that only the power button brings the screen back on.
Any registry tweaks for this.
Thx.
+1 from me.
I swear I thought only pressing the power button brought the lock screen up. Now ANY button brings the device out of standby.
lol i just realized that just now

[Q]Wifi feezes lock screen

Hi all
I've had a good search round but here due to fail
Has anyone have their lock screen freeze when wifi is turned on. Seems like everytime I have wifi on and wake the phone up, the touch screen is unresponsive. Workaround is to press power button to wake phone up, hold power down to bring up menu, press back button, hold power button again. Press back and screen is fine, wifi then proceeds to turn itself on and off a couple of times.
I'm currently running a uk Leo with mdj's cyan mod7 2.5. Radio is 2.50...14, kernel is 2.6.32.28.s10.4.oc-ga36929-dirtymdj'at'mdj#26.
Considering either a different radio or kernel? But what are your thoughts

How often that the power / on off button spolit ....

After pressing too much ?????
The power button, and all the physical buttons for that matter, should last you far longer than the device itself will be supported by Dell.
If you are worried about the life of the screen on/off button, just create a shortcut on the home screen to turn the screen off. That's what I did...you'll
only need the power button to power the screen on, not off, using 1/2 of the time.

Home and Power buttons not working

I recently flashed a Phoenix ROM and it could be coincidence but my hardware Home button is now not responding to presses most of the time. It will always wake the screen from sleep when I press it, but it will not return me to the Home screen when I'm in an app. The power button also doesn't respond to long presses, so I have no easy way of rebooting.
Is this likely to be a Phoenix-specific problem, or can anyone think of any other reason for it?
