class 10 means 10mb/s, class 4 - 4mb/s... etcc..
Internal NAND is about 3mb/s
thats mean appin class10 sdcard better then phone?

That's what they come with from the store.
I think mine came with a C4. I could be mistaken. I replaced it with the C6 I was using in my G1 at any rate.

I think any phone that supports sdhc cards will accept the 32gb. So your atrix should be fine
