HELLO I BOUGHT A 2020i ESPANISH VERSION AND I'D LIKE TO : EXCHANGE THE LANGUAGE AND UPGRADE THE ROM . IT IS POSSIBLE ? WHERE I CAN FIND THE FILES AND HOW ? THANKS

i have tryed 3 times. all i almost got a paper holder. gray screen with seria and a version nothing more. 3 hard resets and i got my 2020i back.any sugestions?.
