I have searched over google as well as over XDA forum to setup a AT&T edge service on my new htc mytouch 4g. i understand i have to setup vpn settings but the help i am getting over internet is completely different as compare to the functions of this phone. please help me with step by step guide. sorry i am noob.

hello all i've got myself a 3 branded Huawei e586 mobile dongle and i was in a long convosation with a 3 tech support person lastnight baically telling me that there is now a way to pretty much root this device removing the 3 192.1681.1 page i've been looking for ages now and cannot seem to find any answers if anyone can help with this one it would be greatly appreciated the dongle is unlocked but want to get a diffrent gui on it
can someone please help me ive got a huawei p6 and it says smartcard service not working and all i get is no service but it knows the sim is there and knows my number but wont connect to a network... any help would be great its been doing my head in for 3 days now lol. Thanks
