Hello!
I have rooted my Asus Eee Pad, and innstalled ClockworkMod 3.1.0.1-solarnz-R3 Modded for Internal media and flashed the rom Prime! v1.4.
My question is:
Is it possible to flash it back to stock rom with root, so i can get official updates from Asus? Where can i download the rom and do i have to uninstall ClockworkMod 3.1.0?
This thread tells us how to unroot our devices:

You can flash stock room with root but you will not be able to install ota. You would have to go stock without root for it to update via ota

Hi,
I use an A501 Iconia Tab and flashed a custom ics by tegraowners. Now I'd like to go back to the latest stock firmware. However, I don't know how to do that.
Is there a program like ODIN for Samsung with which I can simply flash the latest stock firmware?
Every help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Anyone?
There is a complete ota ics rom in dev forum. Complete stock. Flash able zip.
Hello people. I'm with Taboonay ROM, but I want to reinstall the official version again and update to official ICS.
How can I do it? And how can I root the official ICS?
Just flash a stock rom available, and unroot your tab. Than you can update to ICS.
OK, let me tell, download an official 3.2 stock rom from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1429199
Flash this rom and you will be without root access, so no need to unroot your tab.
Now you need to upgrade to ICS which you can do easily using upgrade from settings or Acer Update Enhancer Application available in market.
Now for again getting the root access recommend the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1546593
Finally thanks the original Developers for there support.
Hmm, strange. I tried to install a stock rom and update it, but it was saying that there wasn't update. I'll try your way. Thanks.
how was it now? are you able to go back to stock rom and update officially? please share your result, if you dont mind
Hi. I'm I. Stock unrooted T-Mobile OTA jellybean version 10g. Is it easier/ better to let the KK ota install & use autorec or root JB & install custom recovery. Basically I'm asking is either route I choose to go, does it do same thing in the end?
I have an LG G2 D802. I have TWRP installed on it and was planning to flash CloudyG3 Rom on it but I read that I might not get full performance if I flash CloudyG3 when on JellyBean. So what should I do now? How can I upgrade my phone to KitKat if I don't have stock recovery?

Hey
It doesn't matter on which stock firmware or ROM you are, just follow the install instructions properly.
In CloudyG3 thread, at "installing" it says "flash KitKat baseband" this is for users who come from JB based ROMs
Edit: Sorry..read here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52483656&postcount=2507
Follow this tutorial to flash a clean KitKat firmware: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476 but use this link to download the flash tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2797190 (it might be newer than in the tutorial)
And you can also download the firmware files from here: http://lg-phone-firmware.com/firmware-Lg+G2-Tutti-36.html
