Zoom update 3.1 some questions

Hello
I have some questions about the 3.1 update.
1) is the microsd card working now ?
2) regarding USB.
Is it working as USB host after this update?
If yes what kind of adapter do you need? And how is it handled with devices that need power to work? Like USB sticks and such?

[Q] How to Connect a 3G USB Modem

I would like to ask u how to make my USB 3G Modem (Huawei E173) Work with this ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1188253 (the ''Lightspeed 1.0.4 with Huawei 3G support'' Version)
Sory but i am very sucking at android.....ive got my tablet for 2 days and this is my first Android device... ive had IOS, Windows Phone 7, Symbian devices but android really RLZ.
I found 3-4 topics how to connect a 3G USB Modem but every one was different...

Is there a way to setup a USB CDMA modem type(Haier CM200) to my A500 tablet in order to connect to the internet through it??

Not sure about Haier model but can run some other Dongles. Look at the list and brief instructions of the following thread.

Be careful about the steps as any flaw may lead to brick your tab.

[Q] CloudyStock1.1[4.4.2] On Screen Phone doesn't work

Hi guys,
I'm very happy with my G2 and cloudyfa's CloudyStock1.1 but one thing doesn't work.
If I connect my G2 to my pc, the OnScreenPhone Tool from LG doesn't find the phone.
got anybody the same issue?

Well I have the same problem, but with
[ROM][D802]80220B EUR Open KITKAT Flashable ZIP With Custom Recovery.
PC says "Can't connect to phone" after I selected the phone from the list.
Phone says "Update your PC On-Screen Phone Software"
Let me know if you found a solution. I'll keep my eyes open as well.

what's the version of your on screen phone because I can connect just fine with 4.4.2 on d800 also my osp is version 4.2.001.140114

It used to be 4.0.004.130823
Now after restarting it again it gave me the "u wanna update?"-dialog
Now it's 4.2.001.140114
Now it just works fine.

For me it still won't work
I have the newest OSP version and G2 configured as USB LG Software --> No connection

Try to set it on tethering in usb connection ! Worked for me !!

Hi ,,, can you provide me the latest version you have .. i cannot seem to find it anywhere .. my osp does not update it to that version ... tried to find it on internet ..but i cannot find that version .. you have ... not even on LG HOME .. Share you`re version to me .. or others on this forum .. thanx in advance ..!!

Thanks a lot for your timely help. I was struggling since morning and the LG support guys were also not able to help me out.
For those who are downloading from the website, the version out there is old and outdated due to which the error message "On-Screen phone PC software needs to be updated..." on your LG phone's screen.
This version attached is the latest as of now. viz.. Product Version . 4.2.000.131010

I have downloaded the latest version. But still I can't connect through wifi. Anybody got it working? Through usb connection working fine though.

LG Optimus F3 also doesnt work with On-Screen Phone wifi
I can get to to work with using my phone as a hotspot but i cant get it to work when connecting my phone and computer through my wifi router

Charge + USB OTG

Hi,
so far I have not found an answer or a ROM:
Is it possible to use USB OTG and charge the Note with any ROM available? I have a few adapters that would let me connect a charger and an USB device. But when i try it with the latest official ROM i can only use OTG or charge the device. If someon can help or has a working link to such a ROM i would be very thankfull.
