Hey all, while using a sense 2.0 rom, i wanted to remove those shaded backgrounds under the app icons and make it look a little similar to sense 3.0...im using the app NinjaMorph, if anyone knows where the .png file is so that i can delete it...thanks for the help

i figured as much for that, i just dont know what app to look in..
Oh! my bad thought you already knew, it should be located in the framework-res.apk

Hi, i am looking for something that can be in a ROM or a launcher for my droid x that is or like htc sense. I really want to go back to blur, but i stupidly messed up my framework.apk file waaaayyy to much and i dont know how to install a replacement framework apk file.
If you could tell me about a sense like ROM or launcher or even just some help with replacing the good o'l framework-res.apk file it would be soooo apreciated

no, im really looking for that lovely black notification bar and that classic dock. also if u have any suggestions it can also be like htc sense esspresso
I don't think there are any htc sense roms for the x, at least i haven't noticed... and if you want the black notification bar, just flash a rom as i think most have the black bar... and i guess use launcher pro and i think there may be a dock that looks like the htc sense dock.... (i think)

I am a noob here. I did some search before posting this thread,but the search returned unsuccesful for me. I am looking for coloured icons for Gmail, messaging etc for the NOTIFICATION BAR. I am not able to find them and definately want to know the procedure to put them in correct place or install them
If someone can help me, id be obliged.

I think the only way is to root your phone and flash a custom ROM.
Try a look at the developement section and the Android Revolution and CM 7 ROMs. There are themes with coloured notifications.
But be careful you can brick your phone!!!
Is there no other easy way to do it? I cannot risk bricking my phone, already i am a noob. I dont want to get into all this trouble. I once tried stuff at my TP2, it took some time and a few tries to put new rom, before my TP2 started to work again. But the results were amazing.
Anyways, if somebody can suggest me some easy way to put the coloured notification icons in the notification bar.

hey guys im looking for the stocks app made by htc that runs with the stocks widget for gingerbread. apparently i cant grab the apk from another rom because its going to be based on froyo or something (which ive tried anyways and i just get a force close). so does anyone know where/how to get the app? cheers
I'm not sure it's possible: from what I've heard, widgets specifically from sense roms are for sense only. Though there's a good chance someone can correct me on this.
Assuming I'm right, sorry: can't help except advise to browse the market thoroughly.

Hey guys. I am a huge fan of Sense UI and I would like to complete my theme with a scrolling dockbar with working indicator. I downloaded the stock Desire HD rom from this site, and after diging around, I found the blank dock used, the indicator, and a file called scrollbar.xml
I'd imagine this is sense-dependant, but is it possible to somehow port it to launcher pro sense ui? I will attach all of the files into one zip for you guys.
I found the file by unzipping the rom, and this is the path to where I found the files:

I'm currently running Nemus Launcher on Gingersnap and anything in the market won't run nor will they run on GO Launcher. Does anyone know of one and can point me to it?
