Anyone know when the Nexus One will get this? Can't see anything on the net about a release date....

I heard March of this year from a few sources...

It would be nice if there was an option to have a place holder on the web pages which would require a click to activate them, just so we don't have to download the flash adds.

Not trying to start another WE WANT FROYO thread, but came across this today.

saw that today too, but didn't post it because it looks outdated. It says the droid x will get flash(froyo) by the end of summer 2010, and it got the update in september or so.

saw that to, i would just like to un-cross my fingers finally.

I could see it as a possibility, but not likely, january seems like more likely. Especially after the thread "Update on froyo", since it's suppose to be from a semi-reliable source. Only time will truly tell, soon enough we will have the update.

Well I finally got through SteamTV, and they sent me a email in regards to eLocity a10.

So they were having issues, but having the guy from Steamtv say Honeycomb, looks promising. I'm just hoping it can be released by the end of May.

I'm curious though, after eLocity a10 gets released I wonder if Dexter will make mods for the future on the device.

I don't think elocity will get honeycomb, same reason the A7 cannot get google market, i call a few time and tell them about how they rom handle certain game that need to download file to the sdcard and all they keep telling me is that they will pass it on to they tech...

So what's going on with the A10?

I'm not sure if it will ever be released. The guy told me from elocity it was suppose to be released at the last week of May, it never came. Looks like they just toss out release dates with nothing to back it up with. I have given up all hopes at this point.

Maybe we should start writing to Samsung about what we would LIKE to see in it.
Samsung GT-N8010 Emerges, Could Be Galaxy Note 2
- Samsung GT-N8010
South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics is reportedly gearing up for the release of a new flavor of its Galaxy Note device, one that has just been spotted with model number GT-N8010.
The new device was seen over at the WiFi Alliance, where it received the necessary approvals with support for EEE 802.11 a/b/g/n connectivity capabilities.
However, beside the fact that it sports a model number pointing in this direction, there is no other proof that this might indeed be the successor of Galaxy Note, which was made official in September this year, during the IFA show in Berlin.
Moreover, there is also the possibility that this would be a different flavor of the already available handset, since Samsung has yet to launch it in some new markets around the world, such as the United States.
One way or the other, next year's CES or MWC shows might shed some light on this.

nah, because then real news would get lost in the noise. perhaps this thread could be for facts about what we know about potential devices that could be the N2, and the other is just people posting their fantasies about the N2

Anyone has any idea if this feature will be introduced? searched online and couldn't find anything.

Samsung announced that's in last year and have said "soon" of course soon for Samsung is 2years at least, so you need waiting one more year.
Also Samsung advertise yourself for free saying something that she don't have or don't make and it works because wenn Samsung announced something lot's of websites replicate that but afther one year we I'll see questions like yours....... Samsung is a big cheat.
