No... you can't. T-mobile Theme chooser is compatible with CM7 and some AOSP Rom...

I want to try to port sense 4.0 lockscreen to ics, I know the lockscreen related files are androidpolicy.jar and framework-res.apk, Can anyone help?

The thread with Jishnu's camera mod has been closed and all links removed. Can anybody maybe help me find the apk's for AOSP version 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5?
