it fix somthing we don't know yet
All we know is that if you don't use it, you get graphics corruption and lose access to recovery.
Could just be that the change was made for it to be compatible with and run smoothly on gingerbread.

Have there been any reports that it locks down the phone at all?
Anyone know of a screen shot app that will work on unrooted gb

You can try "screen capture shortcut" in the market. I'm root, but it always worked for.me and never asked for root permitions. It's for non rooted phones. I have an sgs i9000 so I don't know if it will work for your phone.give a try because it's a very good app.

you could go the old school way and do it through ADB dalvik debug manager
here is a walk through
Here you have. But i think it only suports unrooted galaxy s devices. Give a try, and tell me how did it go

well, I,m' sorry it didn't worked for you. Yiu can only root your device or use the ddms method as mentioned in a link before, wich is quite simple to use and no root required. Just install sdk, update packages and in ask file on tools you'll find ddms, launch it and conect your device in debug mode. There you have an option to capture photos that you can save on your pc. Good luck ;-)

Hi,
I have a problem with my App List (Grid view? i dunno what it's called). My alphabetical order doesn't work...sometimes. Sometimes it's okay but sometimes it shows "custom order" instead of alphabetical, even if alphabetical is turned on.
any ideas?
You're on Android version number 2.3.2, right? It is a bug I experienced as well on that version.

First of all I promise I googled and searched...but I cant find a download for this radio/baseband N_01.77.06p
Can anyone help me?
Thanks!!!
I have the same issue, i flashed a wrong radio without a CWM backup. Can anyone help us?
Do you need .06 in particular? There are many downloads for .30 if that'd work.

We need that one, its the Telcel stock one. Or maybe try a .30
