Purchased apps reinstall -> 404 error (JF1.51 ADP1)

Hi
I'm running a modified version of the JF1.51 ADP1 ROM and I'm having troubles downloading already bought apps.
The only apps I could download are the last 2 bought apps.
I viewed the logcat when trying to download:
Code:
I/vending ( 393): com.android.vending.AssetDownloader.startDownload(): Download request row inserted at content://downloads/download/9
D/DownloadManager( 246): http error 404 for download 9
The Market is showing:
"Authorizing credit card..."
"Downloading..."
"Download unsuccessful"
If I buy a new app I have no problems, but the ones already bought won't install.
I first encountered this problem about a month ago when I couldn't update an app, even though the market version was higher the the installed one.
I recently tried the superhero v2 rom and THERE I could install every app. Now after switching back to the JF build... yeah, you get it.
Anyone has any idea what problem I'm running into and how to solve it?
Thanks.
Update:
I wiped everything and installed jf1.51 adp1 (not modded). There i could download the paid apps. But some are really old versions. For example Robo Defense is 0.7.1 and the actual version in the market is 1.0.5 and in the 0.7.1 version i can't play, it crashes every time.
Please, someone have to know what problem I'm having.
Thanks

[Q] Free App Not showing up in Market Place

I have a Rooted 6.2.1 with GoLauncher.
When searching using the market app I cannot see some of the free apps.
Specifically wondering why I cannot see or download Simi Clock or Simi Folder eventhough I can see them on the Android Market Website.
From the website I can choose the install option, but nothing gets installed OTA.
Am I missing a setting/app install?
Thanks

Large apk install errors Lollipop

Hi. trying to install some large apk games from Amazon. Sorcery 2 and 80 Days.
they fail installing with an error ( The installation helper has crashed).
anyone else? thanks.
I'm having the same issue with the same two apps, except instead of an error message all I get is "The app did not install".
I get the same thing app not installed and the helper crashed before that.
I find it not to install if apk is larger than 130mb. WTF

I removed app but I still get "the package conflicts with an existing package by the"
Hi!
I uninstalled stock gallery app (with Rom Toolbox) because it did not work properly. But then I discovered that stock camera app depends on it and cant cant use third party gallery app. So I wanted to install my stock gallery app back. I got it from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/themes/s7-edge-gallery-app-stock-app-request-t3351010 . But when I try to install it it tells me "the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name".
What should I do? And how does it still remember it? I removed SecGallery2015 directory with all it's contents from /system/priv-app but even after that it tells me this. How can I make my phone completely forget that this app ever existed?
Background information: At first I tried Samsung Camera Any Gallery Fix but it did not work.

Clean data and cache related to the app. L Speed can do that. You can delete them manually if you know their location which sometimes it is in Android/data
Hi you will find the answer and a work around here https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/how-to/guide-fix-app-package-conflict-install-t3673401 Best regards!

CAN'T INSTALL APP - There was a problem parsing the package

I can't install a specific app (corporate variant: "Android MHMP"), the app is NOT from Play Store, but a custom app downloaded from a secure gateway app: "BlackBerry Access".
From what I read on the web, this is is realted to "Uknown sources", but it seems this option has been removed in Android Oreo (What I have - 8.0 the latest version).
Is there any resolution for this issue?
This is also caused by the app being incompatible with the version of Android installed. Older apps may not work on newer versions of Android while newer apps might not be supported by older versions...
Eventually I've resolved this issue by running the app from 'Total Commander' app, choosing 'package installer', then Android notifies that I need to change the setting of 'Unknown sources' for the 'Total Commander' app and that's all - success in installation.
To conclude - just run the app from 'Total Commander'.
